We are Aymesev Stone Building Tourism Company. Our house is in Çeşme Fenerburnu Marina. It is 400 square meters with a 30 square meter pool. 5 rooms, 2 living rooms, large garden. Furnished with new and very stylish furniture. It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. There are fully equipped kitchen utensils. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 min to Çeşme center. 15 min to Alaçatı center. My house has a sauna, sports equipment, and a jacuzzi. The windows opening to the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.

You can read your book or sip your drink on the terrace with the sounds of birds. It is 10 minutes by car to Sarpıncık Lighthouse, which has the most beautiful sunset in Turkey.
