Holiday rentals with beach access in İznik

The apartment was suitable for gathering of families instead of being separated in hotel rooms. It's located at the top of a 4-storey building. A short flight of stairs led to the elevator. Free parking at the compound. Everyone had their own beds, saloon/living room was big and nice for family gatherings and meals. We had a lovely barbeque at the balcony which oversees greenery. Groceries were easily available from local supermarkets. Mr Ahmet welcomed us upon arrival and also at departure. He was quick in response. Overall a comfortable stay in an unassuming apartment.

Very beautiful, clean, new accommodation and clean furniture

It was a beauty I wanted to go to every week, Mr. Mert was very helpful with everything. The house was spotless, the temperature of the pool is very ideal, and the house was thought out with all your needs. It was a vacation I never wanted to end. There is nothing missing or I can call a flaw.

As soon as we entered the garden with my husband and children, we were at peace. The house is very clean and convenient and has everything you need. The children swam in the pool while we barbecue, cooking marsmallows while enjoying the cinema by the fire. We spent a lot of time in the garden and ended the night with the pleasure of the hot tub. We were very happy that a 1-night holiday was so full. We had the chance to spend time at the lake the next morning, and we will come back as soon as possible, thank you for everything.

serdar’s place is great option for the area. The apartment was clean when we got in, and he set out some bottled water for us in advance. Most of all, I appreciated how he tried to arrange a taxi for us and stay a bit longer when I was extremely sick. This type of flexibility when you are in sick while traveling is essential. We stayed as a group of 6. The rooms were quite sufficient, everyone stayed comfortably. Especially the fact that the pool is heated provided great comfort in this season, we enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommend for a peaceful vacation in Sapanca!

Transportation, cleanliness, everything was very nice. They took great care of us, we had every wish. We were a large group and had a lot of fun. The pool was especially great. There was only a smell from the drains of a room, and we had no problems other than that. Thank you so much for everything
