Holiday rentals with beach access in Iztapa

the house is very nice, both Ana the host and the girl who received us had an excellent service.

I really loved the place. I thought it was a perfect place to vacation. I highly recommend going. The only thing is that the restaurant that is there is not very good in my opinion so I suggest it is better to bring your own food for more comfort.

Excellent! Everything is very good, just that it should be longer the stay. The hours should be from 2:00 pm to 12:00 pm the next day

Great 2nd floor mini studio apartment with ocean views, a comfy bed, and lots of light. Property is right on the beach. Owners/hosts are very responsive and friendly and there are lots of places to eat nearby.

It was very quiet, a beautiful place to visit as a family. People are very friendly. Super recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was a wonderful reprieve from the heat and you’re a stones throw from the beach! Nicely nestled away from some of the beach clubs as well so you don’t have as much noise at night. Caitlin and Hugo were wonderfully responsive. Particularly as we experienced a number of power surges throughout our stay. I would happily stay again!

A great place!! Ideal for family vacations. A comfortable and private place. The clean and large pool, very close to the beach with chairs and everything in good condition! I highly recommend it! We had problems with the light that was unstable but due to problems in the area and still the host was very attentive and calling Energuate to fix it soon, which we really appreciate! Lucrecia was very wellcoming and helpfull. She responded promptly to our questions and made our stay in Chulamar incredibly pleasant. The appartment is very spacious and private. The pool was very clean and the beach in front of the ressort was very clean as well. The walkway to the beach and the decks in front of the ocean were nice ammenities. Aracelly, the receptionist, went out of her way to get what we were in need of.

The place is really very beautiful. We would definitely come back with my family. They were delighted. In the condominium there are swimming pools and a path to the private beach. 100% recommended

Incredible setting! The kids were delighted with the pool and wanted to just stay there all day. We took advantage of the poolside massage services. The beach is very steep, so it was more of a backdrop than an activity. This is on the third floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have issues with walking. The restaurant is delicious and open from 8 AM to 9 PM every day. If you need to do laundry, it is not in the unit and it costs 25Q per machine use. If you have a vehicle to travel on your own, this is about 25 minutes away from main street Monterrico. We booked a sunrise mangrove tour and horse rides at sunset; both took place down there.
