It is a beach house along the Sotoura coast that can be accessed by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station.50 meters from Sotoura Coast.The beach is accessible barefoot and the outside shower is comfortable. This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. Irita Beach is right in front, family friendly

It is a 1-minute walk to the sea in a swimsuit.From the veranda, you can see the sea 180 degrees.Cottage with loft on the second floor. This accommodation is limited to one group per day. A semi-double simple bed is installed in the 12 tatami mat Western-style living room.If there are more than 2 guests, you can sleep on futons in the loft.Toilet (with washlet) Bathroom 1 guest parking is free. Parking is free from 15:00 to check-out 10am, but there is a fee before check-in and after check-out. Security cameras are installed in the parking lot on the premises and the entrance of the guest house (next to the stairs). We do not allow guests to enter the premises, enter the room on the second floor, use of showers, etc. (Only guests who have submitted a reservation and checked in are allowed to enter the room and use the facilities) We are unable to change the number of guests after booking.

Just 15 minutes' walk to Ohama Beach (3-minute drive), the spacious living/dining/kitchen room on the upper floor connects to a large BBQ deck with ocean and Izu Islands views. The bedrooms on the lower floor have direct access to the private pool deck, where you can enjoy the ocean views. Free parking for 3 cars is provided.

The mountain-side room has large windows to watch wild birds and see treetops at eye level, giving a unique feeling of staying in a treehouse.
