Based on the concept of "creating memories that remain in the hearts of visitors", I shared ideas with my wife and daughter and renovated the space to create a space that can be enjoyed. A terrace where you can relax while watching the magnificent Mt. Fuji and the trees that color the four seasons, A living room designed for relaxation and play. This is a 2-story villa, a 7-minute walk from the station, facing the Izu Kogen cherry trees. It can accommodate up to 5 people in an open living room. It is in a good location for access to tourist facilities and attractions around the Izu Kogen, generally about 5 to 10 minutes by car. There is a convenience store, drug store, family restaurant, and cafe within walking distance, so you can rest assured. You can see the ocean from the second floor, and you can enjoy the seasonal changes from the living room, such as cherry blossoms in full bloom in spring and autumn foliage, so please enjoy Izu Kogen Life.

1 min from the Pacific Ocean! It is a meticulous renovation house, located close to the "Tunnel Leading to the Sea", a famous photogenic shooting spot. At dawn and sunset, anytime you can visit to the shore. No limit, no wall, only the Horizon and the Sky. Inside this house is fully renovated for comfortable staying. A kitchen, bathroom and a toilet , laundry machine and dryer is installed and free for use. A couple or family of 2-4 is suite on here! Also, 6-minute walk from the Hakone Loop.

Here is where you will be able to get relaxed the entire time. You need to walk up stairs but I am sure it is worth it...you will see the great ocean view up there! It is only 4minutes away from Kinomiya station and 9 minutes away from Atami station by car. This designer house was renovated in December 2021, and features a Japanese-modern style with a clean atmosphere. In a garden, there is a stone outdoor hot spring bath which provides a relaxing view. If you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the beautiful stars.

Inatori is also an easy place to go to Minamiizu, Nishiizu, etc. Please stay at this house.
