The place was as described, the communication with the host was accommodating and seamless, the location was great (15 minutes to the ski resort), and there is a sugar factory with great desserts.

A place worth recommending! The cottage itself is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, beautiful landscapes, the cottage is close to many tourist places worth seeing, inside very clean, everything was well-maintained and you could see that the hosts gave this place a lot of heart. A charming and modernly equipped cottage near cross-country skiing trails. The house has a modern fireplace system that will flood the entire house in a short time, and we could enjoy the view of the flame with a bottle of wine. We also appreciated the washer equipped with a dryer, as we were coming back from the winter drips, the dishwasher, the fridge freezer, and the microwave were a must. In short, we enjoyed the comfort and charm of the mountains in a cozy environment and were fortunate enough to get snow☺️.

One sentence everything was great. The communication went great, Gabriela explained everything to us and responded to everything right away. A big plus for the amenities of the cottage, just bring Raw materials for cooking, and the rest here was already from pepper to various spices, milk, coffee, etc. Great location for winter or summer. The fireplace heater adds a lovely ambiance. The only thing I would improve is the bathroom was missing a curtain, but it's not a big deal. I would definitely not be afraid of low ceilings, it's not a problem when checking in. So I recommend a place to stay 100%

We had a great stay at Katerinas house. She was very friendly and tried to help us with everything. The house is surrounded by a big garden, where our children loved to play; the city is near as well.

A very modern accommodation in which the owners (outside the rental) also live. The term: "Spotless" is understated in this case, as every clean room of this house could be a poster child. You could eat off the floor in every room... really in every room. Regarding the equipment, everything was available, especially toys. Communication with Lucie was easy and fast. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the time very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Simona’s place. We traveled as two families (7 people total), and from the moment we arrived, Simona went above and beyond to ensure we knew how everything worked—sauna, coffee machine, washing machine, and more. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and her kindness and proactive approach really stood out. She was always available if we had any questions, and she even left us some delicious cookies as a welcome treat. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the house matches the photos perfectly. We felt well taken care of and highly recommend Simona’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a fantastic host.

We were there with 6 people to hike in the area. Very good location of the cabin, lots of sun, pool, fire pit at sunset and plenty of space. Perfect also that there is a sauna. There is everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sabere rooms, good beds, kitchen equipment OK. If you want to hike, it is best to take the car and drive a few kilometers away instead of starting at the cabin. There are no hiking trails right in front of the house. I've visited many cabins in the Czech Republic and this one was perfect.

Stayed there during Christmas and it was amazing. The snow was enough for the kids to have a lot of fun. The rooms have plenty of space and Ludmila was always friendly. I recommend.

We spent an extended weekend with several families at Petr's place and enjoyed it a lot. It has everything you need and also enough space for many people (we were a total of 10 adults and 7 children and it fit perfectly). We enjoyed it very much and we definitely want to come back!

It was perfect all around!! The place is beautiful, modern and for families with children is really thought of everything. We didn't need half of our luggage because there were also things like bottle warmers, bibs, potties, etc. Tissues in every room - especially great for infants. Jana even prepared a homemade strudel for us. A play paradise for children and a super relaxed time for parents. The garden is great and for colder days, wood is also provided for the fireplace. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a really great stay! 🫶

The house is very cozy and nice. The rooms upstairs were spacious and bright and it fit perfectly the sleep and stay there all together as a family. The kitchen is well equipped and there was enough space for all of us to eat in the kitchen. The oven is operating on gas so it's worth to mention it to the guests and explain how to make it work. The living room was also really nice and there were kids toys and books there and the firplace was super wonderful after a long day outside. The area is also beautiful and there are many thigns to do around. Might be worth to add a list of recommendations of places to eat outside close by but besides this great experience

Lovely house! Felt very luxurious, the place is big with all things necessary, a well equipped kitchen, and the bathroom has a heated floor (fancy :) ) We had a lovely time and the Host was very nice.

We spent some very nice days at Pavlina's place. For 12 people (4 of them children), the space was absolutely sufficient. You have to keep in mind that some of the beds can only be reached via small stairs to the attic with full occupancy. Certainly suitable for small children only to a limited extent. But it worked out so well for us. The kitchen is very well equipped. You can hike right from the house which is perfect. Pavlina is a very warm host and we felt very well taken care of.

We had a very nice and fun time with a group of 11 people. The house has a great location of the rooms. There are enough dishes in the kitchen. The lounge room is very warm and cozy, there is enough space for all sorts of entertainment : games, communication. In general, the house is quite old and needs cosmetic repairs, but for those who are ready to turn a blind eye to some mishaps and aesthetics, for the sake of fun in a large and friendly company, the house is good. The price for the stay is not high and affordable . For those who are squeamish , it is better to take linens and towels with you , there is clean, but also old. It's also a good idea to bring an extension cord with sockets, since there are 1 outlet in the rooms, and in the modern world, they usually need more . The host of the house is very responsive and friendly, gave us great tips for skiing trails. In general, we were all very satisfied with our time in this house.
