Beach apartment holiday rentals in Jaco

Very nice and modern apartment, very tastefully decorated. With a great view of Playa Blanca. Doña Marcela was an exelente host with a lot of experience that orients you at every moment, in short a fantastic and fun place to spend relaxed with nature!

I had a fantastic stay at Josephine's apartment! The place was spotless and well-maintained. I loved the pool's location right in front of the terrace - it was perfect. Plus, being just a stone's throw away from the beach (literally 20 meters or less) was a huge bonus. Josephine was super responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I'm already planning my return - can't wait to come back! 5-star experience all the way.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve probably ever had. I believe my parents whom I bought along with me would agree as well as it was the highlight of our trip as far as where we stayed goes. The place looks even better in person. Getting there was easy. The view from the unit is outstanding. The view from the roof top is best view I’ve seen of Jaco. The place is filled with many tiny details which will make most people’s stays far more comfortable than most airbnbs. The host was excellent and extremely responsive. I really appreciated all the assistance they provided. The stay for us was so good I’d probably book this every time I come to Jaco Costa Rica.

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

Great condo overlooking Playa Blanca with amazing ocean views and large balcony to enjoy it. Family enjoyed the pool and waterslide as well as the ability to explore the area on a golf cart we rented. Bit of a drive in and out of Punta Leona to get to restaurant’s and other activities but worth access to a great beach and view.

France is a super attentive person, really enjoy my stay with my family, 100% recommended, a quiet and safe place to vacation

The place is superb! I loved how easy access was, the house was spotless, and we loved the different spaces. I went as a family and liked that they had some things to play, my son and I took advantage of the space to play tennis and soccer in the green area next to the pool. Communication was excellent and my questions were always answered. Excellent host, super recommended!

We really enjoyed Jeff's place from the start. It was very nice and a great place to relax by the pool. When it was time to go fishing, it could not be more convenient. I hope to comeback next year. Thank you Jeff, you're a great host.

The place is SPECTACULAR, super clean and modern, all the staff both cleaning and safety are always friendly and willing to help. The area is perfect as it is close to all the places of convenience such as restaurants and supermarkets but at the same time quiet and perfect for rest. The layout of the rooms is great for families or groups of friends. My family and I were very happy with the place and are already planning the next visit. I recommend it in the eyes closed!!!!

Chad and his team at Monaco went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He sent a carpenter over to install shower bars for my mom so she wouldn’t slip the day we arrived; that’s an amazing host. Thank you so much, Chad!

Great views with plenty of room for the crew. All amenities were in working order. It is a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, stores and banks. Maid service is not included but I found it not to be necessary because Brittany provided plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels. Overall a 5 star experience and I can’t wait to return.

Great setup, lovely views. Comfortable rooms and common areas, great pool and beach access. Notably nicer than some other locations we looked at. Location was perfect. Right off of the main strip. Grocery, pharmacy, restaurants a block away. Site security was great, made it more comfortable. All in all, great spot, would book again.

We loved the beach facing property for the view and also primarily because it was well maintained. We would love to come back to this place again.
