Amazing Tiny Garden House

An amazingly cute guesthouse, beautifully designed, warm atmosphere with a good energy, neat and renovated, full of light, with a huge sunny garden and in a “moshav” style area, near parks, and an outdoor gym right across the street. Great location for tourists with a car. 5 minuets drive to the beach, to Herzelia, to the Cinema City and 10 min drive to center Tel Aviv. It’s 1 min walk to a bus stations. Near coffee shops and restaurant. Perfect! Small house, with Big porch, and a Huge Garden.

Beautifull rooftop studio apartment on the top of an old oriental arabian house with a big yard, with panoramic sea view in south Jaffa, TLV, 100m from a beautifull park and from the sea. Near by is Jaffa port, the old city and the flee market. Restuarents and Caffes only a few min walk. The place is quiet and has a big rooftop area where you can enjoy the sun also during the winter. It is located in the uniq and beautifull neihborhood of Ajami and contains a mix of coltures

הצימר בעל כניסה פרטית. אין ממ"ד. נמצא במרחק 2.4 ק"מ מתל השומר (שיבא.) ו-2.8 ק"מ מבית החולים בלינסון, מרחק הליכה של 1.1 ק"מ מאוניברסיטת בר אילן, אין ממ"ד צמוד. ביחידה בסגנון וינטג' תמצאו , ספרים, שירה בכל פינה, מטבח, מזגן, מיטה זוגית שולחן אוכל/עבודה, שירותים ומקלחון מכונת כביסה, מגהץ טלויזיה. לא מתאים לבאים עם יותר ממזוודה וטרול. הסטודיו נמצא בבית בן 90 שנה! כעד לימים צנועים. אי כפרי בים אורבני. הכניסה במוצ"ש שעה לאחר צאת השבת. נשמח לארח אתכם אם צנוע הוא היפה בעיניכם.

דירת גן מהממת ומשופצת עם כל הנוחות לשהייה מיוחדת. מטבח מאובזר, חדר רחצה נעים, מכונת כביסה ומייבש. בשכונה שקטה ואיכותית במיקום נוח להגיע למרכז העיר ולמרכז תל אביב ללא הצורך להיכנס לכביש מהיר. ובנוסף יש יציאה במרחק 3 דקות לכביש מהיר. החצר נעימה מאוד ומאפשרת לכם לנשום אוויר צך ולהירגע במהלך הקיץ. האיזור שקט, במרחק הליכה למכולת. 5 דקות מתל אביב. 5 דקות מתחנת רכבת וולפסון. 5 דקות מהכניסה לכביש מהיר.
