The house is made in Maçaranduba, and masonry, a wood that brings the rustic with a very clean decoration, bringing lightness and peace to the environment, with 2 bedrooms being an en-suite, 1 social bathroom, kitchen, dining room and combined TV room. There are many trees on the site, it is not far from the center, 3.5 km, paved access, with 100 meters of dirt road, there are 4 cottages on the site.
