Holiday rentals in Jala-jala

Beautiful house, immaculately clean and well maintained and presented. I especially loved the wooden floors and art pieces. Area is interesting to walk around, but unfortunately pool and sports facilities except golf were closed due to holidays (would suggest to a host to disclose that upfront). Caretaker is lovely though would be nice if they could be reached on messaging apps (as we didn't have phone calls on our plan). The only small issue was that a local cat (pet?) pooped a few times in the garden and we had to clean that up. Otherwise, great stay.

This location is a bit of a gem depending on what you are looking for. Shopping malls every direction and very walkable. Good Restaurants and such. Strong internet connection although there are occassional outages (maybe once a month). Host was very responsive and got in touch with the internet service provider everytime I needed to get the connection fixed. Building has no cell phone reception so keep that in mind, but like I said the intrlernet connection is fast so not too big of an issue. Host provides a free cleaning once a month for longer stays and did a very good job. 100% recommend for digital nomads and staycationers.

We enjoyed our stay and we’re already planning to come back with our extended families. What makes this place exceptional is the thoughtful attention to detail. Everything you might need for your stay is readily available — from a foldable hamper for wet clothes to labeled cabinets that make finding cooking utensils, plates, and other essentials easy. Plus, there are board games provided for fun activities. The space itself is beautifully designed, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Eunice and Kit were very responsive and helpful as host. The room was as described, the apartment itself stands out in BGC area, just opposite of Uptown Mall. The room was clean, we needed to stay on the floor and the arrangement for that was adequate, had no problem. The wifi and TV works nicely. The kitchen was clean. It was a great stay!

Place js clean and with complete amenities. I love how it is near to different establishments too.

The view was superb!! It is indeed a million dollar view of Taal volcano. The place was clean and spacious, complete with heating appliances for food. It is also very near to food places and a nice place to stroll around. My only concern is the elevator and lobby of Wind Residences because it is not airconditioned and felt so hot. I hope the property management do something about this.

The place is clean and very peaceful. Ms. Tee is very accommodating and very friendly. We will surely comeback for another staycation. ♥️♥️♥️

We had a great stay, it was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area is very nice and it was nice taking a walk at night while greeting the many friendly cats around. We had a slight difficulty at the beginning to have the curtains in front of the AC not clog the AC vents while still covering the windows but we quickly figured out a solution. Ryan was very responsive and accommodating, despite a last minute booking he was able to get everything ready quickly. His clear instructions were helpful.

Highly Recommended. We're definitely comeback!
