1879 Victorian in Central Coast Wine Country

Lovely private 1879 Victorian built by Lompoc founder W.W. Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Reservation includes two bedrooms with queen beds. Note: Entrance stairs may be difficult for those with limitations. No pets. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Soak in the peace of the countryside in Little Dipper, our restored 1964 vintage camper nestled on our 40-acre working farm. Aromatic cedar, a handmade dining table, a plush queen bed, and a kitchenette provide for cozy glamping comfort. Step outside to enjoy the stars, campfire, an outdoor shower, and friendly farm animals—all just a short drive from Lompoc, the beach, flower fields, and wine country.

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Rustic retreat

This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

At this time, there is one queen bed available, and the second bedroom has been set up as a lounge for conversation and relaxing. Accommodations comfortably fit 2 people. Our wine and beer garden, Bodega, is also on the property. Stop by and relax by the fire pit with a glass of wine during Bodega’s business hours.
