Old school - Classroom

Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Old School. Here you get to enjoy in the Classroom. Here you will find a unique, stylish style with color. Old details are preserved; such as mirrored doors, hardwood floors, fireplace, beamed ceilings, and the old school board. Here you can enjoy good dinners both in the kitchen and on the generous patio with exit directly from the Classroom. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. It is cycling distance into Simrishamn and to beaches.

Unique accommodation under a thatched roof, pool and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

In Gladsax Manor, there is now the possibility to rent the cozy black guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Wonderful farmhouse situated on top of a small hill on the edge of the village of Simris. A calm and beautiful place with panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and sea. Newly renovated by the architect owners offering two individually designed apartments and a cabin on an adjacent field. The site is almost 2 acres centred around a charming cobbled courtyard shaded by a large chestnut tree. There are varied spaces to socialise from outdoor breakfast to barbecues in the sunset.

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. We rent per night and weekly. 3 beds (possibility of extra bed), kitchen for self-catering (stove, fridge with freezer compartment), sofa corner (sofa bed for two), TV, free WiFi, toilet with shower, patio. The surroundings are filled with attractions and excursion destinations. 10 km to Simrishamn. 5 minutes by car to Gärsnäs. There are buses and trains to Malmö/Lund/Ystad.

In the summer, wonderful sandy beaches around the coast attract visitors.
