This is a cabin-in-the-woods experience! The Seeley Oaks A-Frame is our slice of the peaceful Northwoods experience. It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. “HEMLOCK YURT” (near Duluth, MN)

JUST 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF DULUTH ON THE BORDER OF JAY COOKE STATE PARK. Enjoy this tranquil yurt nestled in the trees overlooking a mowed meadow, providing a hybrid experience between camping and staying in a cabin, or ‘glamping’. You’ll be surrounded by nature and wildlife, sheltered by the canvas ‘yurt’ and sleeping in a comfortable king bed. There is a small solar power system in the yurt and shared porta-potty (~100 yards from yurt). Guests provide necessary water for their stay.

The home is only a short 15-minute drive to the Craft District and Lake Superior.

Upon your arrival to Buffalo Valley you will receive a warm welcome with an escort to your house by the host, in the beautiful north woods. At check in you will receive a key to the cabin. (Please note that the house capacity is 6 guests, no exceptions. We also have a NO pet policy.) There is a guide book that gives you all the information you will need. You will love how remote you are, yet so close to town. Enjoy the fire pit and sauna in the comforts of the wilderness!
