I had a fantastic stay at Nihal’s place in Dubai. From the moment I arrived, Nihal was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions. Nihal was always available for any questions and gave great recommendations on local spots to check out. The check-in process was smooth, and the space felt safe and quiet, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. I would definitely recommend staying at Nihal’s place to anyone visiting Dubai.

What a great place to spend a weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful, so clean and spacious. The pool is very big and so warm, which is great for all year round. The house is very private and we felt right at home. The guard Elyas was so helpful and kind, although the house is very private having someone to call when you need something was really great and he really went above and beyond! Big thank you Elyas 🙏🏻 Highly recommend this house it was really beautiful!

We had the best New Year celebration at Andy's villa in Ras Al Khaimah! The place was super spacious with beautiful views of the golf course. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed and well maintained. Andy was a great host, always quick to help with any questions we had. We loved the calm vibe and modern amenities. It was the perfect getaway. Thanks, Andy, for such an amazing stay! Highly recommend!

I have no words to describe the place and the hospitality of Abdul and his family. Abdul is such a great host, very accommodating, goes out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 10/10 will recommend and will book again if given a chance.

It was a lovely peaceful staycation. Atmosphere was relaxing. Only due to weekend the traffic sound was little unpleasant but by the end of the days security blocked the road for unauthorized access, which made it little more calmer. The host was really nice and responsive

This was an excellent studio apartment. It had a large balcony that saw an amazing sunrise every morning. AC was perfect. Serviceable kitchenette. Bathroom was nice and clean. Small stainless steel table with chairs. The seats of the chairs had lost their padding. Foldout sofa was comfortable. Nice thick light blocking curtains. Balcony was very comfortable for mornings and evenings. Fridge and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils. Great quality for price. Bed was very comfortable. Minutes walk from the beach and lots of restaurants and shops five minutes by car. Thank you so much for this place.

Place has a beautiful view! Brian is very responsive and helpful and accommodating! He kindly offered a late check out which I thought was thoughtful. Check in was incredibly easy and lots to do around! Really recommend staying here!

We found the apartment as described and it was very clean and pleasant. Easy access to beach, pool shops, restaurants etc and if you don’t have a car always taxi available at the front entrance. Marjan Island is a great place for a holiday with lots of nice restaurants & bars. Excellent sporting leisure facilities. Also conveniently located if you’re on a business trip. All in all, I would happily use again and recommend Faisal’s apartment.

Lovely apartment with amazing sea views from the balcony. Beautiful beach and great pool amd jacuzzi on the rooftop. Really peaceful amd great fora relaxing stay.

Everything was perfect

Nice and helpful host, always available if you need something. The place is nice and clean, absolutely matching the pictures. The nice beach is available for residents, there's couple of restaurants, supermarket and bar in the building. A bit far away from everything else, but not a problem if you're driving.

Nice comfortable and quiet apartment on the lagoon. Communication was great and hosts were very polite and accommodating. Very responsive.

It was probably the best vacation ever. Location is lovely, close to Business Bay; the house was super new inside and the view from the balcony was insane. Sr. Arbaz Karim was available at any time for anything and I could count on him for late check in and check out. I will be back one day for sure and it is definitely because of him. I will remember this trip forever!

Lovella’s place was very nice: private, easy to get to, and surrounded by all things you need during your stay, lots of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and there’s a park you can walk by. Lovella and Alex’s attention was great, they were flexible with the check in time, I could work from their place without any sort of issue as well. I loved the kitties, they’re gorgeous!

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

Olga was very accomodating host. Clean apartment, excellent price/quality ratio. We forgot one thing at the apartment and Olga was very nice to find it and return it after our leaving. Thank you very much!

Me and friends had a wonderful stay at the 2BR Wood House by Blue Cloud Holidays on February 28, 2025. The place was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect retreat. Everything was in excellent condition, and the attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway..

It was the first time I lived in this area of Dubai, I liked the proximity to the sea, the quietness and private area, and the place to walk along the promenades. The description and photos of the apartment exactly correspond to reality. Good view from the balcony. The wifi is at the right level. The landlord was on the phone all the time, responded very quickly, check in was very easy. I was absolutely satisfied with my stay in this apartment.
