The house is located on the shore of Lake Klauce with its own beach. The lake is part of Sauka Nature Park. The house has all the comforts as well as autonomous heating with air conditioning, pellet stove and wood-burning stove. Outdoors there is a canoe and SUP to enjoy the lake. It is a long way to the otherwise friendly neighbours and you have the place exclusively to yourself. 7 km to Viesite town with the love path, cultural house, museum, etc. Not far from there, there is the possibility of horse riding in nature.
