The barn, surrounded by a forest and a pond, has a place for a bonfire and a barbecue, where you can enjoy the atmosphere by the fire in the evening. Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. The bathroom is in concrete colors, with wooden furniture, a large mirror, stylish sink and fittings, a walk-in shower, and a washing machine.

Lazy Deer is a cozy agritourism retreat located in the picturesque village of Staniszów, right next to Cieplice Śląskie-Zdrój, and just a short distance from Jelenia Góra, Karpacz, and Szklarska Poręba. Our place was created for those seeking peace, connection with nature, and true relaxation away from the noise of the city. For remote workers, fast satellite internet is available on-site, so despite the quiet and secluded location, you can stay fully connected whenever needed.

We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

The apartment is located in the center of Jelenia Góra, on the top floor of a historic tenement house. A big advantage is the location, only 7 minutes walk to the old town. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchenette, a spacious living room with a TV and a sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, separated by a wall.
