Great place to stay. My group and I enjoyed the scenery, and the cleanliness and space of the house. Beautiful place, will definitely be staying here again.

Exactly as listed. You are right in the middle of Main Street Grafton. Giving you so many options to the wineries, bars and restaurants. The place looked exactly like the photos and had comfortable linens. There is outside seating so you can enjoy the river views. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and out. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and visit again soon.

Jacqui is a great host and the house was perfect for the 2 of us .Love the little coffee bar and the location is an easy walk to many restaurants.

We loved our stay. The place is so neat because it’s right off the river. It’s got a little table out on the porch so you can sip coffee and watch the sunrise. It’s conveniently located at the end of the Grafton strip so you still have all of the action but it’s so quiet. The surprising part was it seemed like we were the only ones on site this past weekend. Which we of course loved. It was probably because it’s still a little cold out- something to think about during the “off season” - super private and we’d definitely book again!

Angela is a great host with a very cute and clean place! my mom, sister, niece and I had a great time and the place was well equipped. nice front porch, within walking distance to bars and restaurants and shops!

What an amazing space for a larger group!!! Very clean & right next to everything. Grafton is such a cool area with so many things to do, right on the main strip & nearly everywhere is walkable. Spacious & lots of beds & rooms. Also a small lot to park in on the side & street parking in the front! All around an awesome & great experience!

The sunshine cottage was the exact space we needed as respite from the difficulty of saying goodbye to a beloved family member. It was peaceful, quiet and stunningly beautiful. My kids stated it was our best Airbnb ever. It was cozy, well set up and kept us Texans nice and warm in snow like conditions. This trip had more of a bitter, sweet tone since it was to celebrate the life of a dearly departed family member. However, we were delighted in the fact that Janet blessed us with a card with beautiful and sincere condolences, as well as a sweet treat of chocolates and sparkling cider to celebrate Valentine’s Day. I am so grateful people like Janet and her family. The consideration, comfort and kindness cannot truly be repaid, but they were and will always be appreciated. God bless.
