The Campfire

Casa ubicada en un arbolado barrio residencial. Ideal para hacer caminatas en medio de arboledas, y a pasos del Parque Kempes, así como del estadio mundialista que lleva el mismo nombre.

The river house

La Casa del Río is a mountain chalet located directly on the San Vicente River. It is characterized by the constant lullaby of its waters, waterfalls and potholes. With its Scandinavian interior design style and located in the town of Agua de Oro (1 km from the village), it stands out for its location, privileged view and direct access to a sandy beach, with a waterfall and natural pool of the winding watercourse. It also has a swimming pool and its own solarium in the garden.

The house has an excellent layout. It has two floors, one bedroom upstairs with a queen-size bed and a large desk for remote work. It has one full bathroom with a Scottish shower and high-pressure jets. A balcony offers beautiful panoramic views of the mountains. The living room has a sofa bed and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen also has an outdoor deck with outstanding views, an outdoor bathtub, a barbecue grill, a sink, and a stone fire pit for enjoying the garden.
