Situated 2 km from Gietrzwald, geuine gem of Warmia's rustical architecture and history of Warmia in general. 55 sq. meters, built in 1975, well kept, with a nice, small, fenced garden. Ground floor consists of living room with two convertible sofas, long table and a fireplace. Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with warm/cold water and washing machine. Upstairs: two bedrooms and a balcony. In the vicinity of the house there's a holiday camp, where you can find all of the usual camping site attractions (swimming pool, tennis court, bar, volleyball court, bike rental, boat rental, windsurfing, etc.) extra paid of course. Welcome to our unique habitat JW MAZURY right by Lake Mielno in Masuria. The lake is a large and clean lake with a length of 8 km and a depth of up to 40 m in places. The large 1.5-hectare area lies directly on the shoreline of the lake with a length of 150m and is partially covered with beautiful old pine trees. If you are looking for peace and quiet and you like nature, this is the right place for you. Our houses are located in the buffer zone of the Mielno Lake Landscape Park

The modern house is located directly on the lake shore "Niskie Brodno" with lake access via its own jetty, at the same time the property is located in the city of Brodnica with all the advantages of a city. A rowing boat, a kayak, stand-up paddle and bicycles are available to guests. The house is divided into two parts. One living area is rented, the other half of the house is private and is only used by me for holiday purposes. The public beach is a 5-10 minute walk away.

Guests have access to a caravan with three beds and a tent with additional sleeping space for two. The rental price includes the use of a Kolibri 300 pontoon boat with a 10 HP Honda motor**. **NO PATENT**. There is also a large SUP board and a giant inflatable water ring for children. The shoreline is just 50 metres from the base.
