The cottage is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, surrounded by nature and woodland, and in close proximity to Lake Kalwa, which is within a quiet zone. I accept 6-day reservations from Sunday to Saturday. A dedicated offer for families with children and couples seeking peace and quiet. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

A holiday cottage in Masuria, one on a fenced plot of 1000 m2, pets allowed. The cottage has a comfortably equipped kitchen with a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. We provide bed linen, towels, a projector and screen, and we also make available a boat, kayak, bicycles, SUPs and deckchairs. On the property, there are swings, a barbecue, a fire pit, a covered terrace with garden furniture, and it is very close to one of the cleanest lakes in Masuria. Charging vehicles from a socket is not permitted.

For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).
