Casa com câmera de segurança externa, espaçosa, recém reformada, ar condicionado nos quartos, banheiro com chuveiro elétrico, tem também ducha externa. Não divide a casa com o anfitrião ou com outros hóspedes. A localização é boa em rua asfaltada, tem mercadinho na esquina, o melhor açougue da cidade fica a 3 quadras, a Havan fica a 1200 metros. Se for querer 2 quartos para apenas 2 hóspedes tem cobrança extra de R$ 40 por diária. Hóspede não pode receber clientes ou visitas sem pagamento.
