Small children will welcome the sandbox, slide and drawing wall. After agreement with the owner, it is possible to rent a dispensing equipment and a large grill on the lard (fee 2500,-CZK/stay). You can also arrange with the owner to provide a barrel of beer or a leg or a grill for barbecuing. An electric car charging station is available for guests.

The pathway to the settlement is blind, so there is minimal traffic. The cottage is 1200m from the defiance of the Forest Kingdom dam where you can rent a canoe and sail to the block body of the dam 3.5 km. There is a gazebo and a fire pit overlooking the dam at the uplift.
