House holiday rentals in Jiménez

Wilmel's place is incredible; the view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed; kitchen, laundry, pool, patio, tons of rooms/bathrooms, and TV. Wilmel gave us plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Our first time driving up the mountain to the house was challenging because of the narrow roads, hairpin turns, and steep elevation but we eventually got used to it.

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. This house had it all! The host really thought of everything when making sure you enjoyed your stay. From everything for the pool to everything for the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook in or outside on the BBQ. The entire house was extremely clean and I can be pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this one hit the mark for me. We would stay at this house again for sure.

Ashley’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, attractive, and stocked up with amenities—perfect for our group of friends to relax in after our days out exploring the area. The kitchen was great and allowed people to cook meals for 8 people. The views of the forest and ocean were just as amazing as they looked in the pictures on the listing. Ashley was very responsive and helped immediately with any minor issue that arose. I would highly recommend this stay!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Angel and Evelyn were very nice. They responded to my questions very quick and explain every question I asked. Gave me some suggestions for places to visit. Their home was comfy, AC made it even better. No bugs in the house but always close the door as fast as you walk in them little suckers or flies will sneak in real fast. Quiet at night other than hearing the coqui and rooster which you can’t hardly hear cause the AC is on but it made it feel like home knowing that I’m from PR as well. Would visit again.

We highly recommend a stay at Hacienda we Azucena! From the moment we stepped onto the property we felt like we were transported into our own private, tropical paradise! It was like having a resort all to ourselves! The home was very well maintained, and the grounds absolutely pristine. We enjoyed countless hours in the pool and hot tub, as well as star gazing each night. As soon as the sun would go down, the rainforest came alive and we were immersed in all the wonderful sounds of nature. There were a couple hiccups during our stay, which is to be expected, since it is a home in the middle of the rainforest, but Carmen and Jamie were immediately responsive, and had the issues taken care of very quickly! I cannot recommend this property enough, and when my family returns to Puerto Rico, we will definitely be trying to stay here once again! If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, look no further because this is the place you want to stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a total of 8 people staying on this trip. The home has plenty of space to spread out and relax. Enjoyed the beautiful views, privacy, and pool. Appreciated many amenities such as the a/c, full kitchen, beach chairs/cooler/umbrella to use. Also appreciated the small things listed in the amenities and the binder full of area recommendations at the house. The location was great. Easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo for all of the activities. Reached out to owner a couple of times for issues or suggestions via the app and got immediate responses.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! This was actually our second stay here in just four weeks, and it was just as perfect as the first time. exactly what you need whether you’re here to relax or explore. The host is awesome. Always quick to respond and makes the whole process smooth from start to finish. Location is spot on too — close to great restaurants, beaches, and everything else you might need, but still nice and quiet when you want to unwind. Definitely our favorite spot in Rio Grande. We’ll 100% be back again!

This place is a hidden gem for nature lovers! The house was perfect for us to be surrounded by nature. And Felipe was so friendly and welcoming. The drive to the house was an adventure with sloping hills that made the experience even better.

This place is amazing. We've stayed at a few Airbnb's in Rio Grande and this has been the best experience by far. This will be our go to next time we visit. I cannot speak highly enough of the beautiful home in the rainforest.

What can I say the home was very beautiful, very clean, smell very good, clean sheets, the sheets smelled like downy, the host Nelly was great, very responsive. The first house we wanted to actually enjoy it.We loved it and definitely recommend 100/100

Our stay at the Pink House was everything we could have hoped for and more! The host does a great job of giving you detailed instructions on how to get to the Airbnb and they respond quickly. One of my favorite parts was taking my coffee and enjoying it in the backyard, night and day! The view and sounds were so peaceful. Everything you could need, the host had available in the Pink House. Including great suggestions for where to eat, hang out and explore. I hope to stay here again in the future! It was a wonderful experience.

Un lugar muy espectacular para quedarse, muy limpio, organizado y acogedor. Sin mencionar que el personal encargado es muy atento. En mi caso Maryoris fue el personal encargado de mi hospedaje, estuvo muy atenta, muy amable y asegurándose que todo estuviera perfecto para así mismo pasar la estadía. Me explicó todo al detalle y a la perfección. De verdad que con el trato de ella y el lugar pasarán su mejor estadía.

Kaitlin is a super-host. She provided lots of good recommendations during our stay. We loved the garden and the views, and the kids loved the swimming pool! The property is very conveniently located to explore El Yunque rainforest and its surroundings, but also very close to the beach. The room was brand new and super clean. Highly recommended.

Really loved our stay! It was perfect for what we needed it for. Spent the days at El Yunque (SO CLOSE!! - 8 min drive without traffic) and our evenings on the farm. We didn’t mind the cold showers (relief from the PR heat!) or noise from the road (we’re city folk). The Cigar Shop, Bar & pizza were awesome for entertainment and easy dinner (+ the mojitos were delicious). The farm cats were quickly made our best friends & the outdoor space was warm and welcoming - reading in the hammock was a highlight.
