The listing is exactly like the pictures and descriptions. The environment was clean, organized and quite comfortable. The hostess was also requested and extended the checkout time so that we can enjoy more of the stay. With respect to the location, although it is close to the beach and market, the displacement still needs to be made by car, as walking is far away, so it is something that must be taken into account for those who decide to use Uber during the trip. In general, I recommend the stay yes ☺️

House close to the beach that by the way is wonderful, bars, restaurants, shops in general very close by. Ciro gave us great tips and always responded with great agility, clean house, with all the necessary utensils, a pool that always refreshed us in the returns of the beach. Good my stay in this place was great, we were well received and well instructed, the place is extremely cozy and pleasant, a quiet neighborhood well ventilated and accessible place, very good for those who want to tour the region, not to mention the privacy that was a high point in my accommodation, I very much hope to come back soon!

I have used the platform for years, for several Brazilian states and this was without doubt the best accommodation we have ever been in. We were in 9 people and everyone loved it. The house is much more beautiful that you see in the photos, and many details that are not in the photos surprised us positively. Miguel and Rose are of empathy and unparalleled attention, everything we requested was attended quickly and with affection. We have nothing to complain about your stay. I can't fail to quote Mrs. Neide, who was appointed by them to help us with kitchen and home services while we were there. A very polite and caring lady who made a total difference in our stay, bringing us even more comfort. super indico!!! The house, the amphitrioes, and Mrs. Neide. I highly recommend Diego's house. With your eyes closed! The house is very comfortable, it is nice to stay, it fits a lot of people.... it is all very close, especially the beach, which is a great advantage. Diego always attended to us and helped us with everything we needed. So, for those who come on vacation and don't want to waste time and stay in a nice place that feels like home, just book! I spent 30 days in the apartment, it was a quiet stay, the condominium is exactly as pictured, it has a swimming pool and everything. Close to markets and pharmacies. The host was always helpful and even gave directions for tours. The apartment is complete.

Your João's apartment is very reliable with the listing. Extremely clean, comfortable, with all the utensils needed for a short or long stay (in this case, mine). Very well located, a block from the beach, close to bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, that is, you can do everything on foot with a few steps. Detail: the best restaurants in the city are super close by. Mr. João was super attentive with us. When we arrived, we found a problem in the apartment (the hygienic showers were leaking, a natural thing of use and especially in a beach setting). Even on a Sunday, Mr. João was able to schedule maintenance for the morning of the following day, and as planned, everything was resolved quickly. He always contacted us to find out about our stay, if we were in need of anything. I strongly recommend Mr. João. Quiet building, no noises, 24h concierge, that is, all good for a very restful stay in JP!!!!

The apartment is great! Spacious, super ventilated and the kitchen had everything, we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, really in front of the beach (which is wonderful) and super easy access to the other beaches of João Pessoa. Jonice was super nice and gave us several tips for tours and leisure options, in addition to responding super fast. I definitely want to come back and I really hope the apartment is available on a future opportunity.

I traveled with my family and we had an awesome experience in this apartment! The place is immense, super comfortable, well equipped and made us feel right at home from the first moment. We brought our Roman dog and, to our joy, she was also well received a detail that made all the difference! The host, Iara, was wonderful: considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it took. We truly feel welcomed. I recommend it with my eyes closed! We'll definitely be back. If to choose a stay you take into account a clean, spacious, air-conditioned, well located environment, no doubt Pollyanna's apartment is the best you will find in Cabo Branco. Exceeds listing expectations. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and have air conditioning, with 1 with bathtub. The kitchen is complete, with everything you need to live. The TV room has a balcony with a great network for rest and the TV with closed channels and movies. The internet is very good. The two parking spaces in the garage fit big cars. The condominium has a party room and a pleasant pool. The location is perfect, waterfront and even from the side, the apartment from the sea views. Talking about Pollyana is easy: the best host we've ever encountered on numerous trips. Attenciosa, understanding and helped us through all the mishaps we encountered on the trip. We will return to Joao Pessoa and without a doubt we will seek to stay there again.

Apartment clean, according to the photos. I really enjoyed the accommodation, very close to the beach and good restaurants. Very satisfied with the stay, Darcylio was very requested we had an unforeseen with the flight and we arrived well after the scheduled and he managed to welcome us very well!

The large apartment, very well organized and ideal for family travel. There are 7 people comfortably and accept small dogs. Calm neighborhood, close to Bessa beach and with a supermarket very close by. Fabiana promptly attended us since before the reservation and was very requested, including during our stay, always asking how things were, giving tips and answering questions. Super recommend!
