Excelente ubicación, cuenta con todo lo necesario y muy muy cómodo.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Douglas, Krystal and their team were always responsive and helpful. Sergio, the onsite manager, was especially helpful and when a couple small things needed maintenance, got them fixed very quickly. He also helped me when we needed to prepare for the Hurricane that came through Playa. (The building is made very sturdy, so nothing broke). It's very close to 5th avenue, beaches, grocery, everything you need. Also very convenient is the washing machine/dryer just outside the apartment! I would stay again. Valerie fue muy cordial y amigable desde el inicio, las instrucciones para llegar al departamento fueron claras; al rededor del lugar hay una tienda y un Oxxo, así que es una zona accesible. El departamento cuenta con todos los servicios para una estancia cómoda, está en excelentes condiciones y muy limpio. Aparte de todo, te suele dar algunas recomendaciones para tu viaje, volvería a reservar con ella. ¡Gracias!

Muy cómodo alojamiento, a dos cuadras de la quinta avenida y supermercados. Claudio muy atento a todas las necesidades. El entorno muy tranquilo, buena piscina. Muy recomendable para viajes en pareja o con niños.

Immaculately clean apartment in a great location to enjoy PM without the noise and the congestion. Apartment was modern, air conditioners in bedrooms worked well and kitchen was great. Be aware that there is no oven but there is an air fryer, which worked well for us. Overall very comfortable stay, highly recommend!

El lugar muy cómodo y limpio, la ubicación es excelente, tiene una playa muy bonita. La alberca está muy bonita con una vista hermosa del mar. Amplio estacionamiento. Todo estuvo increible

Ashleigh’s place is very nice and comfortable. The locations is very close to 5th ave, the beach and good restaurants. I would stay at this place again next time I visit Playa del Carmen.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

O espaço é excepcional, conforme descrito nas fotos. A comunicação com a Livna foi excelente. Nossa família se sentiu muito confortável na casa. Recomendo à todos!

Excelente lugar para pasarlo en familia o con amigos, si te gusta conocer nuevos lugares definitivamente lo recomiendo , ya que está en un punto medio para salir a conocer diferentes playas (recomiendo rentar carro ) está la casa bien ordenada, a mi gusto bien distribuida , la gente amable en la alberca, y guardias también , realmente me comuniqué muy poco con Alejandro ya que su casa tiene todo lo necesario , si regreso

Excelente propiedad para familia, no es tan accesible sin transporte privado. Adecuado para actividades cerca de la zona. La casa y el amueblado de primera, sugiero que se puede hacer más placentera la estancia si hay disponible detalles como café, té, aceite, avena, y sobre todo agua para que las personas huéspedes beban.

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

It was our second time at Francisco’s house, and we will be back. We always enjoy staying there. People in the community are friendly and so are the staff. Great communication with Francisco & Teresa. Any issues are always taken care of immediately.

Fantastic stay and overall experience! The condo is in a beautiful and safe (gated) area right on the ocean. A comfortable bed upstairs and a futon downstairs. Fans and AC work well. TV has streaming services. All necessary kitchen items. Luxurious view. Small space with tight loft- but was perfect for the two of us. The restaurant on-site is really good (open 9-9) and affordable. Great options next door also. The pools and lounge area were well taken care of. Elevator to/from room was quick. Head downstairs, walk through the pool area, and get to a clean sandy beach in minutes. Easily hop on one of the frequently passing red buses (R1 or R2) outside the hotel for only 12 pesos, and it takes you downtown. Same bus back. Karen was a friendly and quick communicator! I wanted a break from the typical all inclusive trips. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you

L’appartement est très bien situé. À distance de marche des plages et du centre ville. On était à seulement trois coins de rue de la 5eme avenue. L’appartement est très calme, la piscine très agréable et plusieurs restaurants à moins de 5 minutes de marche.

I researched a lot before finally landing on this place. First things first the LOCATION is spot on if you are someone who is wanting to adventure out each day. 5 minute walk to 5th avenue (shopping street), 2 minute walk to a large grocery store (which surprisingly had the best ceviche we tried all trip) , 8 minute walk to the beach, seriously it was great! The place itself smelt like a newly built home (very clean), my partner and I discussed how it was perfect for us two but anymore than that would feel crowded, it was stocked with all the cooking utensils for cooking. After being out in the hot sun all day it was very nice to come home to a lovely shower and well working AC unit. The dimmable lights really set the mood and were a nice touch. The key setup for entry to building/room was very easy to use. We peaked at the roof top pools and man it’s more amazing than photos! We unfortunately opted to spend time at the beach but for any of you who enjoy pools you will be shocked!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

À beautiful condo, felt like home. Had a hot water situation but it got fixed right away. Would love to stay here again, and will definitely recommend. Great location, beautiful place :) thanks again for everything

Excelente servicio, tuvimos un problema con la segunda chapa pero no hubo tema en repararla y de ahí todo bien, teníamos todo a la mano, la lavadora excelente que era un plus y el AC buenísimo, volvería aquí sin dudarlo

We had a great time and would definitely stay again! Location is perfect - a block from the beach clubs, a block from 5th Avenue. The pool was great and the property manager super responsive. Very family-friendly condo complex and the unit itself was nicely stocked. Thanks for a great stay!

L’appartement est dans un des coins, donc vis à vis restreint. Balcon/terrasse très agréable au niveau du salon/salle à manger. Vue sur intérieur avec la piscine. La terrasse avec le jacuzzi est également très sympathique. Nous y avons passé de bons moments en famille!!! Bref apparemment très bien conçu, bien aménagé, bien équipé et conforme aux photos et descriptions. Nos hôtes ont également été impeccables avant et pendant le séjour!
