Pets disclosed to host prior to visit can stay in the fenced backyard as long as any waste is disposed of properly. Any pets that are not disclosed will forfeit the security deposit.

Used as a hunting lodge in the Fall and Winter, this house can sleep up to 13 guests comfortably. 2 full bathrooms, one with a newly remodeled tile shower and 1 half bath on main level. Great for any group, large or small! Host wedding parties or families for your wedding weekend or stay as a group for outage at Wolf Creek just a 20 minute drive away! Fully stocked kitchen and all linens and towels provided.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, additional queen inflatable bed (17” high) downstairs and a twin bed downstairs. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.

This lodging is a cowboy bunkhouse with "down-home comfort" in a casual country setting. This is not a "Disney" experience and frankly the farm "stay" isn't for everyone!
