Holiday rentals in Johns Hall

Barrington’s property was easy to find with the use of GPS/maps (we had a car rental) and not too far from the airport. The grounds are well kept and there is a nice pool in the center with great lounge chairs, table/umbrellas. The area is quiet and peaceful, lots of greenery around. The property is a short drive to the hip strip, beaches, and just about anything one could need/want. The unit we stayed in had everything we needed, comfy, clean, and a kitchen we were able to use. We had our toddler with us, and this place was great. Gated, parking onsite. I note ‘the property’ because there are several units of varying size in “Mobay Vacation Village.” The family that owns the property is delightful (as were the staff we encountered) and we would highly recommend this place for your trip to Jamaica/Mobay! (this was our launch spot from where we did day trips to Negril, Ocho Rios, beaches in Mobay, etc)

Very lovely apartment overlooking the bay. Very clean and well kept unit, I will have no issues re-booking this unit for my next stay in Mobay.

My stay was totally pleasant, the space is very comfortable and homely, functional, the view is beautiful, the service is always available to improve at any time; I would love to come back!

recently stayed at the Sea Castles in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and overall had a great experience. The host was kind, responsive, and checked in during my stay. The apartment was clean, nicely updated with modern decor, and the bed was comfortable. The grounds were well kept, the pool was clean and refreshing, and the beach access was great—perfect for a peaceful walk or swim. That said, the exterior of the Sea Castles complex is a bit dated, and the bathroom in this unit was not well designed. The toilet and sink are awkwardly placed with very little space to move, and the shower is small and hard to use. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for anyone with mobility issues. There are two small beds in the loft that would work well for children, and the upstairs patio was a nice place to relax and stargaze. With a better bathroom setup, this unit would be a standout.

The pictures do this home no justice! This home is immaculate!!! Sheri, the host, was very prompt with responding to any questions and requests that we had prior to our arrival. The staff treated us like family, all of our needs were addressed promptly, and everyone went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was a memorable one. The home is also conveniently located to all excursions, restaurants and nightlife. Special thanks to Shain and Smiley for keeping us safe at all times and showing us around Montego Bay, and Crystal and Dee for their warm welcomes and attentiveness. I can’t leave out the fact that the best meals We’ve ever had were prepared by the onsite staff. We will most definitely be returning to this villa for all our future stays in Montego Bay!!!
