Nice place to stay, aircond and water heater available for all rooms.

A lot of rooms, good for big groups of friends /family. However to note that you will need to climb 3 levels to reach home thus not suitable for those with elderly. It is a peaceful place to stay.

Overall positive experience, the place is well maintained and very comfortable to stay in. I stayed with 7 friends and we had a good time with the setup in the living room. Beds are comfortable and clean. There are 3 bathrooms which are well maintained and clean. Toothbrush and other amenities are also provided. Exceeded expectations!

Host was quick to respond to my queries and I appreciate how they provide coffee, tea, maggie and bottled water. I was just a little bummed when I found a dead baby cockroach in my bedroom. Otherwise, a decent 1 night stay!

My family loves the place! If we ever went back to JB, we will rent this place again. All bedrooms are equipped with aircond and fan, including the living room. You won’t feel hot in this house. 9/10 will recommend to others.

Everything was good. Happy to deal with the owner. Big house. lots of room. okayy atmosphere. It's not close to air conditioning. there are many air conditioning places not cold especially the upper room once. (this is when I'm there, donno in the future maybe it's repaired) so 9/10 only because of the air conditioning issue. everything else is all good! will repeat if a big family comes

Host is very responsive and proactive. We accidentally closed one of the room door which is locked from inside and had to contact host for help. Appreciate the host's swift help in coming down and unlocking the door. Overall was a good place for family members gathering.
