Holiday rentals in Jones County

Annual Mom/daughter trip from STL MO to Destin FL. My Mom is a Home Town fan so we decided to start our trip with a wkend in Laurel MS. After a long 9hr drive we easily found the cottage and had no issues getting in and settled! We both loved the cottage! It was clean & nicely decorated! The beds were very comfy esp. after a long drive! We also loved having a small private backyard to sit & chat! It was the perfect location to see everything Mom wanted to see & do! (Including the Walmart!) After exploring downtown and the area, we were surprised to find a casino nearby! Not frequent gamblers, we tried our luck! Big winners of $51 & lots of laughs! :) Overall it was a perfect place to start our vaca! We didn’t have any need to reach out to William for anything! Only 1 small thing did come up, we didn’t have paper towels or extra TP, but happened to run into the young lady that cleans the cottages, she took care of us right away! No problem! We’re 100% happy with our visit!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the barn! Very clean, great amenities, such a unique home. Comfortable beds and living room area too! They have a little table outside you can sit at and enjoy the quiet and bird song. We were pleasantly surprised that were cows moving about in the yards, it was great to watch them and hear the “moos”.

Absolutely beautiful place. We enjoyed the entire house. She left us some snacks, along with a great local coffee. Her instructions were excellent. We didn’t need to ask any questions, because her instructions were great. We are looking forward to our next visit.

This was our second time staying at the Honey Bee ranch. I can’t say enough good things about this place. There are plenty of activities for the family. The kids loved all the toys and bikes. For the adults there’s a pool table, basketball goal and lots of games and books. We came for a funeral this time and the owners clipped out the obituary from the local paper and left it for us. We definitely want to come back and spend more time here. It is a great place for a family gathering.

This weekend was for girlfriends that live far apart to get together; visit, shop, and rediscover Laurel. Quite a successful venture and the home was perfect for us. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice comfortable home. Thanks Mike.

Our group of 7 women (65-71 years of age) stayed in The Hinnant home. We had a perfectly marvelous stay. Allison was very friendly and helpful from the first contact. She offered suggestions for restaurant choices, options of things to do and see, and was very welcoming to her home. The home is absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and well stocked for our every need. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Allison for sharing your home with us. It was a wonderful place for our "Girls Trip 2025" to gather, catch up, and enjoy each other's company.

The Cottage was beautiful, tucked away in the woods with nice big deck and a stocked pond. Very peaceful amd tranquil. Located just 10 min form Downtown Laurel it gets you just out of the city but not to far to run to town to get something. From the start Mr Lee was very responsive and inclusive with his messages. Prior to arrival we received all information needed to check-in and a picture of the drive from the road so there was issue of missing it. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice relaxing getaway!

We loved our time at Kat's Cottage! It is a beautiful and peaceful setting, but still close to shopping and restaurants. The cottage was immaculately clean and everything was as described. I hope to come back again soon!
