Holiday rentals with a fire pit in José Santos Guardiola

The Dock resort made our first time to Roatan the most memorable trip we've ever taken. It's truly one of a kind!! The staff is absolutely amazing and totally worth the small extra fee. The property itself.....well, I can't even put into words how amazed us and our 6 adult kids were the minute we stepped out of our airport shuttle (which Tony had set up for us). We all agreed this is a "must visit again" place to stay!!! Thank you so much to Tony and "The Dock" staff for helping make this vacation the best we've ever taken as a family🥰

Our stay at this house was simply spectacular. The architecture is stunning, with spacious and comfortable areas perfect for resting and relaxing. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. A true highlight was the breathtaking ocean view and the privilege of snorkeling right in front of the house—an unforgettable experience. We also want to highlight Giuseppe’s attention and kindness. He was always cheerful, helpful, and extremely responsive to all our questions. He made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Without a doubt, it was a wonderful experience that we would love to repeat.

To start off, Herminio was a great host! He had clear instructions and the place was pristine, looked brand new. Everything was in working order and if we needed anything he was willing to help us out. We will use this place anytime we are in Roatan.

Hattie's home truly is an architectural gem in a beautiful setting. Every unique area in and around the home has it's own special feel. Our kids loved the plunge pool and the adults loved all of the unique seating areas to grab a drink and chat. Everything was clean and functional with new appliances. The home was extremely safe and the close proximity to the airport while felling remote was a huge bonus. I highly recommend.

Belle villa dans secteur sécurisé et tranquille. Palmetto Bay est un quartier majoritairement touristique. Communication avec Ian facile. Grande disponibilité. Il demeure dans un appartement près de la piscine, mais jamais dérangeant. Maison confortable, superbe vue, aurait besoin de petits travaux de rafraîchissement et d’entretien, mais rien de majeur. Une mise à jour du mobilier serait nécessaire. La cuisine possède un équipement de base. Les 4 chambres sont climatisées. Les espaces communs sont agréables. Les cruches d’eau potable à remplir au marché. Épicerie Eldon à 15 minutes de voiture. Le wifi fonctionne bien dans les pièces centrales. La villa donne accès à une plage, piscine et un resto-bar à 10 minutes de marche à travers un magnifique jardin. Chaises de plage disponibles gratuitement. La plage est correct, mais présence d’algues et d’herbes en grande quantité. Plage entretenue quotidiennement. Quai accessible pour baignade. Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines en famille.

It’s a beautiful apartment, very clean and up to date. Tricky part is getting to it if you have a small car. But worth the value.

First and foremost I’d like to say thank you for your outstanding hospitality. Whest was extremely knowledgeable, kind & patient! I can go on about how she’s like no other person I’ve met on the island however id like to leave this by saying I look forward to booking with you again in the future.. STAY AMAZING WHEST!!

The place was rustic in nature and comfortable. The place felt safe and secluded. Kayaks and bikes available to rent. Blanca was accommodating to our specific dietary needs with meals and she alway was striving to make things our stay enjoyable. We snorkel off her property into a private bay at the reef and saw a lot of cool stuff not seen in west bay and west end reefs. The property is in a natural setting with lots of tropical trees flora and fauna. I nice contrast to that of West End.

Mel is awesome! Definitely worth staying here instead of one of the busier touristy areas and just getting a cheap taxi to and from wherever you're going, or renting a scooter or car.. The room was perfect, optional A/C for a few extra $$ which is worth it depending on the weather. Awesome to have a pool there. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Rosalie's and would highly recommend! Rosalie was a fantastic host and organized everything from airport pick up to drop-off for us seamlessly. She was incredibly helpful and very nice to interact with. The space was perfect for our needs. Bed was super comfy and location was ideal. Great place, great host, and recommend staying here if you get the chance to do so!

Nice place to stay,room has space,it’s a family business,Doris is on have to respond swiftly. That made me comfortable. If I come back to Roatan I’ll like to stay there again

First off big thanks to Carla. We had a big group and started in La Ceiba but due to rainfall left the first place early. Carla was able to facilitate a short notice, large group booking, fielded a lot of questions, and was very patient. We arrived and instantly loved the location with its superb views, private dock, grill, and refreshing cold pool. The rooms were good sized, the kitchens had ample supplies. So for some... there is a negative, this place has no air conditioning. Now, with that being said there are lots of fans, and I think the price is reflected in this omission. Our group weighed the pros and cons and the value was still there for this property. You can snorkel right off the dock and I will preface this with there is seaweed you need to navigate but once passed it, the sealife is great. The property is not in the loud hustle and bustle of west bay but is a short drive away. I'm very thankful to have found this place, many great family memories were created here!

Our stay in Roatan was fantastic! Blanca and Joe made sure our every need was taken care of and in a timely fashion! They know every aspect of Roatan and were able to always guide us to our needs and destinations. We ate breakfast there most mornings and loved the food! They also provided affordable transports to and from the airport!!! We decided we wanted a rental car and literally had one delivered within 2 hours!!! Highly recommend!
