Raul's place is amazing! The apartment is super comfortable, spotless, and really well furnished. I especially loved the beach view—it's right in front of the apartment and it's nice to see and walk by. Raul was very friendly and welcoming! I had a pleasant experience staying at this apartment. It is located in an exclusive residential area of ​​Juan Dolio. I must highlight that everything was clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and full of beautiful details. The apartment is fresh, spacious, and located on the 18th floor, so no noise could be heard. The tower is beautiful, and all its social areas are clean and in good condition. Finally, I can't forget the treatment from the hostess, Tomiris. She was attentive throughout, recommending places and any services we needed. We will definitely be back... 100% recommended.

Everything was Perfect, the very friendly reception girl, the room is much more beautiful and spacious than as seen in the photos, Amazingly beautiful view, I would definitely stay in the place again. El Lugar es Muy Privado y Tranquilo, Todo was perfect.

In our experience, this is the best airbnb available at this property. The space is very clean, elegant, and everything works. The host is refreshingly responsive and knowledgeable about technical components of the apartment - she helped resolve both an internet network issue and a challenge with the AC remotely, and quickly. We 100% recommend this spot!!!

I loved the stay at this place I would definitely stay there again, apart from the place being super prepared by the host and the staff are great people and communication was never missing

Great location. Beach is walkable, but unless you're with Club Hemingway or Marbella beach chairs are not available.

Really enjoy Josivel’s place everything was neat and well placed. The balcony view was great, and could be closed if you like to. After coming from a Long trip, we was able to enter the apartment with Nice AC temperature just to shower and head to the nice restaurants around the area. I highly recommend this apartment if you want private pool, walking distance to beach and restaurants walking distance away.

This was our second time staying here and we are very pleased with the condo, the area and the beach. Estela was attentive to our needs.
