A cottage that exudes coziness and presence. The house is located in the heart of Juelsminde, only 80 m from a beautiful and child-friendly sandy beach. The house has a large, newly built terrace, where there is plenty of opportunity to catch the sun's rays and also has a lovely wilderness bath, which can be enjoyed all year round. In the garden, there is a trampoline for the children. Not far from the house, there is a large and fantastic playground. About 1 km to the nearest shopping and 1.5 km to a fantastic harbor area with city life and restaurants.

The property, which is 100 sqm, is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen-living room with a dining area for six people plus a baby, a bunk bed, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a cot. On the first floor, there is a living room with a TV and a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). The bunk bed measures 70 cm in width and 1.90 cm in length and is only intended for children and smaller/lighter persons. There is the option of an extra bed on a mattress on the floor in the living room on the first floor.

In the attractive cottage area "Storstanden" lies this idyllic pearl, about 150 meters from the water and 1 km from Juelsminde Harbor. The house has a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and a back entrance with a bathroom. In the adjoining annex, there are also two single beds. Enjoy the quiet days and enjoy Juelsminde's beautiful nature and harbor life. You will find a tourist guide, etc. in the house. Approximately 30 minutes' drive to Vejle and Horsens and approximately 1 hour's drive to Legoland. No smoking and no pets.

The course is a bit of a golfing gem. 2.5 km to Palsgård Estate and Palsgårds Parks, with sculptures by the artist Bjørn Nørgaard. This beautiful area can and must be experienced.

Fantastic outdoor spa with many nozzles and easy to operate. The house also has a practical utility room with washing machine and dryer. A total of 3 beautiful bedrooms.

The house is built as 2 separate houses under one roof. This means that you can easily be together and at the same time retreat if you want privacy. This is ideal if you are 2 families vacationing together. In the small "annex" of 50, there is room for 2 adults and 2 children. Here is the kitchen, bath and toilet. The large house can accommodate 8 adults. Here is a large kitchen, private bathroom/toilet and bathtub. The house has its own bathing bridge, fire pit, sandbox, trampoline and outdoor hot tub.

The house has 8 beds + 6 bunk beds The house is located on a large plot of land within walking distance along the water to the harbor and the city, where many activities take place throughout the year. The annex contains 2 large bedrooms with direct access to the garden towards the water. At the end of the property there is a ball court, swings, seesaw and volleyball court.

Free parking in front of the house. The carport is private. All in all, a cozy home in fantastic surroundings.

Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

The apartment is close to the city center and shopping

Bed linen must be brought. Bed linen can be rented for DKK 50 or EUR 7.00 per person. Toilet paper and towels are provided upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased on site for DKK 300.00 or EUR 40.00. There is fast wi-fi and free parking right at the door on the street 24 hours, don't worry about the 2 hours on the P sign. The front door code will be available when the booking is confirmed.

Unique beach summerhouse with panoramic views

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
