Guest accommodation in a modern, bright annex building on a large park-like property. The home is located in the village of Ajstrup in a scenic area just south of Aarhus. Close to the forest and beach, there are plenty of opportunities to unwind or relax in quiet surroundings. Running and mountain biking trails in the forests. Walking along the beach, swimming, surfing, sailing and kayaking. Restaurants with gastronomy in a class of its own and fish restaurants in Norsminde or lunch in Skovmøllen. MOMU Viking Museum Moesgård is a neighbor.

The accommodation, which is 100 sqm, is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room with a dining area for six people plus a baby, a bunk bed, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a cot. On the first floor there is a living room with a TV and a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). The bunk bed measures 70 cm wide and 190 cm long and is only intended for children and smaller/lighter people. There is the option of sleeping on a mattress on the floor in the living room on the first floor.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Here you live completely undisturbed and alone. The tent is located deep in the forest, so there is a nice, though very hilly road up there. If you have difficulty walking, this trip will not be to your liking. From the parking of your car and up to the tent, it is 350 meters. Charming cottage just 50 meters from the beach! The cottage in As Vig by Juelsminde, with lots of charm, character and a great atmosphere. The sloping grounds give an extra nice view of the water. Perfect for a family with children with access to a playground - and right by an undisturbed sandy beach. The house has wonderful terraces, some covered, which gives the right atmosphere with peace and well-being overlooking the bay that can really be enjoyed, whether you are sitting inside or outside.

Free parking in front of the house. The carport is private. All in all, a cozy home in fantastic surroundings.

Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

The apartment is close to the city center and shopping

Bed linen must be brought. Bed linen can be rented for DKK 50 or EUR 7.00 per person. Toilet paper and towels are provided upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased on site for DKK 300.00 or EUR 40.00. There is fast wi-fi and free parking right at the door on the street 24 hours, don't worry about the 2 hours on the P sign. The front door code will be available when the booking is confirmed.
