Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Jūrmala

10/10 recommend! Ilona (and her wonderful daughter, Junna) are fantastic hosts! We were a party of five guys visiting Jurmala/Latvia for the first time and their place was perfect for us - great spaces, local to restaurants etc. Junna also very kindly gave us a mini tour to set us up on our first day.

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in het vakantiehuis van Julia en Boriss. Het is een comfortabele accommodatie (fijne bedden!), van alle gemakken voorzien en met zorg ingericht. Het strand is vlakbij en we troffen het met het mooie weer ☀️. Kortom, een mooie plek voor strandvakantie met de familie.

Ein wunderschönes, großes, gemütliches Haus in der ruhigen Gegend. Alles ist super sauber und gut eingerichtet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Hausbesitzer, die in der nähe wohnen. Alle Fragen konnten sehr schnell geklärt werden. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, ruhige Lage und sehr entspannend. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, wir haben absolute private Sphäre, Haus in Top Zustand und natürlich die Krönung ein liebevoller Hund, in dem wir alle uns verliebt haben. Vielen herzlichen Dank für tolle Zeit.

Het huis was uitstekend gelegen, mooi aan de rivier, zee/strand per auto goed te bereiken, prachtig natuurpark Kemeru in de omgeving, rustige en gezellige ligging aan de oever van de rivier; al met al voldeed het volledig aan onze behoefte van een rustpunt tijdens onze treinreis door de Baltische staten. En Riga is een bijzondere stad, erg de moeite waard.

Очень уютный и хорошо продуманный домик. Есть всё необходимое, кровать удобная, всё чисто. Особенно понравилось, что есть камин и веранда.  Территория большая и вся находиться в распоряжении гостя, никто не беспокоит. Очень хорошее место, чтобы уединиться и отдохнуть на природе, рекомендую.  

It was A very nice stay with the owners taking a good care of our family. House is spacious and very special, as it is a family home and has everything you might need. Our kids said they felt like staying in a manor or a castle. Everything has been built and made as for themselves and you could feel the personal touch and history. The house has automatic gates (with private parking right next to the house), lovely garden area with super good privacy and possibilities to grill and chill outside in the garden. Kids were playing basketball. The best is location - few minutes walk from the seaside and the main walking street with bunch of good restaurants as well as park with a lot of kids activities. Very central, yet hidden gem 💎. We definitely recommend 🥰

This was a perfect location which was right at the heart of Riga but so private and quiet. We had a lovely time here in this cosy and historic building where everything was right on your doorstep. Victoria was incredibly helpful and organised late check out for us as we had a very late flight - highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back !

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie, w szczegolnosci wanna (jacuzzi), kominek, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nie brakowało. Kontakt z właścicielem świetny, mogłam zameldowac się wcześniej po długiej podróży. Polecam serdecznie!

Огромное спасибо Виктору и Екатерине за гостеприимный и отличный приём. Виктор встретил, дал ценные советы о районе: где купить продукты, кафе, магазины. Квартира очень уютная. Описание квартиры полностью соответствует реальности. Идеальное расположение - можно гулять пешком. До старого города 15 минут. Квартира чистая и ухоженная. Хозяев рекомендуем.

I stayed here for a couple of nights whilst in transit and really enjoyed it. It was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a good stay. A lot of the furnishings including the mattress were brand new and of a good quality. The weather had changed for the better so I didn't get an opportunity to use the woodburning fire which I imagine is wonderful in winter. I have been to Riga before and stayed in and around the old town so the apartments location wasn't an issue for me. You do need to catch a tram or a bus to get there but its a pretty simple process. All in all a good place at a really resonable price with a very professional and considerate host.

We had a wonderful one-month stay at Laura’s apartment. Although the apartment is small, it’s incredibly well-organized and surprisingly comfortable. It had everything we needed — and even more than what you’d typically expect from a short-term rental. The layout is very practical, making excellent use of the space, and the apartment feels cozy and functional. It's located in a quiet area, yet still close to the city center, which was perfect for us. Laura was an amazing host — always responsive, very helpful, and open to communication. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We’re truly grateful and would happily return!

Hatten einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt bei Ludmila. Preis/Leistung ist wirklich top. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und schön eingerichtet. Auch durften wir freundlicherweise den Kamin benutzen. Die Anbindung an die Altstadt mit dem Stadtzentrum ist ebenfalls top, innerhalb von 15min ist man mit Bus und Bahn dort. Dass die Bahnlinie vor der Haustür stört, kann ich so nicht bestätigen. Klar, hört man die Bahn gelegentlich vorbeifahren, nachts hat das aber nicht gestört, zumal die Bahn tief in der Nacht gar nicht fährt.

Reģistrēšanās bija vienkārša; mājā jau bija visa nepieciešamā malka, gultas veļa, galda piederumi, glāzes utt. Pirts un kubla bija ļoti siltas, viss tīrs, noteikti iesaku šo apmešanās vietu grupai

Paikka oli loistava isommalle porukalle. hyvät tilat ja riittävästi makuupaikkkoja. Ainoastaan ruokapöydän puuttuminen oli pieni miinus. Aamupala tarjoilut onnistui hyvin baaritiskillä ja disko tilan pöydillä.

Paldies par burvīgo māju, servisu, komunikāciju. Māja ir ļoti gaumīga un stilīga. Noteikti ieteiktu šo vietu draugu pasēdēšanai. No mīnusiem varu minēt to ka baseina udens bija drusku par siltu, karstajā laika īsti nesanāca atvēsināties. Net trakākais bija tas ka atpūtu sabojāja kaimiņš kas dzīvo aiz žoga, viņam traucēja ieslēgts džakuzi , traucēja mūsu sarunas, traucēja mūzika, mēģinājām runāt bet cilvēks vnk neklausīja un ieslēdza zāles pļāvēju - kurš radīja troksni un smirdēja ar benzīnu jo tika novietots praktiski mums blakus. Mājas saimniekiem būtu vērts izrunāties ar kaimiņu, brīdināt ka būs viesi, lai turpmāk šādas situācijas neatkārtotos, jo mums tad sabojāja noskaņojumu.

Thanks to the host! The place is clean, the house is spacious, and the sauna is great. They were also very helpful and responsive. I recommend visiting, especially in the summer season.

Amazing house, very big and homey , with everything a family needs for a long stay from touts for the beach, games, books and cooking equipment. Beautiful garden and friendly hosts.

Дом прекрасный! Просторный, удобный, хорошо спланированный! Большие, удобные спальни с туалетными комнатами, хорошо оборудованная кухня, большой зал с камином. В доме есть практически все необходимое, как для короткого, так и для длительного отпуска или работы. Мелкие неудобства обсудили с замечательной и гостеприимной хозяйкой Ириной, которая дала много полезных советов.
