We had a lovely stay ❤️. Great location just off the canal in Woubrugge and just down the road from Keukenhoff! Good close local amenities with a supermarket and bakery. Accommodation decor was pretty. we enjoyed sitting on the veranda in the sunshine. well equipped kitchen with all we needed. Bathroom is great with a good shower area.

The place was just like the photos, lovely and clean and nice extras like paddle boards for on the lake and a hot tub to relax in at the end of a day sightseeing. Great comfy furniture which was nice. Super quiet surroundings and a lovely sunset if you get back early enough. Used as a base for the tulip fields and Amsterdam. Would return again without question if a holiday took us back in this direction.

A great cottage with direct views of the lake and windmills and many animals. The house is well maintained and is relatively quiet. Since Amsterdam is quite close, there is a lot of air traffic, sometimes at night, which has clouded us a little. Otherwise great nature. Pure relaxation on your own dock. We could easily check in earlier. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay here and hope to return again someday. The cottage was very cozy and the fresh tulips in the kitchen and dining area were a perfect touch. I really enjoyed being able to take a canoe out and paddle to the nearby windmill.

It was a lovely area, felt very peaceful and wasn’t too far from major cities for day visits. We were out and about everyday exploring. Was quiet and peaceful at night. They had all the basics needed for our stay, except for oven mitts but we just used the dish towel. Enjoyed some of the local restaurants recommended for dinner some nights.

We had a very relaxed time in the apartment. It was clean and nothing was missing. The highlight at the end of every day was the large hot tub. Remy is a very nice host and has always made sure that no wishes remain unfulfilled. I can only recommend both the AirBnB and the host.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Albert and Yung were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. We really enjoyed our conversation with Yung and went to the restaurant that she recommended. The restaurant was amazing! They are such amazing hosts! We gladly recommend their place to others! Florence

An amazing find! Frans’ place is so unique and beautiful. The boat is a fun adventure and Frans did a great tutorial for me. They were both super flexible and accommodating, and their son too. The little cottage is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. Got amazing sleep on the island so peaceful. Very easy parking setup too for my rental car. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This was a beautiful, relaxing stay for our two nights. Everything was clean and as described. Yvonne was charming and easy to communicate with. She gave us good recommendations as to where to eat am evening meal. We visited the Keukenhof from here and was a nice easy journey. All in all we were very happy with our stay! We stayed three days at the house by the windmill. The area is beautiful and peaceful, but centrally located. It is very well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need and the space is comfortable with a nice couch, big dining table and tv. There is a supermarket in the town of Woubrugge, but it's a little small and expensive. The town of Alphen aan den Rijn is closeby, with a mall and several grocery stores. The view from the house is nice, we were there in winter, but I think spring and summer would be lovely.

There were five of us with the place over the Easter holidays. The space is exactly as described and on the pictures. We had a very nice time and Bernd responded quickly and kindly to questions. We were very pleased.

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The space was perfect for the four of us to relax in with plenty of seating options inside and out. The view across the lake is wonderful and we spent many hours just reading on the decking or watching the ducks and boats go by. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook ourselves a meal, but there's also lovely restaurants within walking distance. Marit met us on arrival and was so kind and friendly, the right amount of information given before leaving us to it. I can't recommend her and the property highly enough.

My family and I had a terrific time at Anne’s home. The scenery is absolutely beautiful on all sides and my kids extremely enjoyed the playroom and trampoline outside. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The cottage is in a beautiful quiet and peaceful natural environment. Several cities and interesting sites to visit are accessible and close to the location of the rental. The cottage was clean and bedding very comfortable. We thank Jasmin and Edgar for their warm hosting and kindness. We had a wonderful Easter weekend!
