Three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, and a romantic getaway for two is also possible. There is a small pond on the property. The neighborhood provides a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere that will certainly make your time here more enjoyable.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Our wooden cottage has been designed to be modern and functional. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Forest retreat

Relax and unwind. In our forest corner where you will find peace from the hustle and bustle of the city. Time passes slower here, you wake up to the singing of birds. Our village is located near the Narew River, the larger city is 25 km away - Ostrołęka, or the municipal town of Goworowo (5 km) where you will find shops, etc. On colder days or in winter, the cottage is heated by a fireplace that gives a lot of heat. The entire plot is at the disposal of the tenants - of course, fenced, perfect for pets.

Stodoła znajduje się w dużym ogrodzie do wyłącznego użytku gości, z dostępem do stawu z pomostem. W domu jest bezpłatne Wi- Fi. The lack of direct neighborhood guarantees peace and privacy, it will work both as a place where we will reset in peace and quiet or organize a special event in comfortable conditions. Guests have access to a large fenced area and a large sunny terrace. You can light a fire and use the barbecue. The surrounding forests encourage walking or cycling.
