Only a two-hour drive from Tromsø – via the E8 and E6 – you will find Manndalen. The river flows from the mountains and into the fjord, while the buildings lie like pearls on a string from the seashore to the mountain peaks. Here, sheep farming, goats and dairy production are carried out – often in combination with fishing and housework. At the same time, you will find modern services and offers – from sea houses and car rental to cafes, workshops and camping. Not least the Center for Northern People, for Sami language, cultural heritage and festivals.

Our newly renovated cabin has everything you need for a relaxing/active vacation or workation. The cabin is located in a small cabin area overlooking the sea, the Lyngsalpene and the fjords. There are nice sun conditions from morning to evening. It is wonderful to enjoy the view, sunrise and sunset, from inside or on the terrace outside. Winter offers beautiful lights that change throughout the day. And of course you can enjoy the magical northern lights dancing in the sky right from the cabin. Here you can go on a mountain hike, cycle, walk in the woods or to the sea, or just relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the view.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. 10 min walk to grocery store, Arken Bistro and small boat harbor. Outdoor living room for pleasant summer evenings, here the sun shines all day and you can enjoy the midnight sun. Right outside the front door there is a gravel road up to the left, follow this and you will come to nice viewpoints over Skibotn. Marked hiking trails to Svarteberget, Hengen and Sledo. Only a 45-minute drive to Kilpisjærvi if you want to visit Finland.
