We offer a place like no other. The Mamaku Roost is a large, unique, private & peaceful oasis with easy access/parking in a semi rural setting (but super handy location) 5 minute drive to town, train & beach. Art, antiques, original wooden floors, log burner, double glazing/curtains, modern hot shower, heated blankets, kitchenette, fast wifi, black out curtains. Outside has a covered patio, outdoor fire/furniture, fountain, native bush, farm, garden, beehives, friendly animals. Guests say WOW.

This house sits opposite the Tasman Sea with stunning views over the ocean and south to New Zealand's highest peak - Mount Cook. The views are stunning and often with beautiful evening sunsets. It is a 5 minute drive to Greymouth and a 1 km to the start of the Point Elizabeth scenic bush walk. This is a great bush walk mainly sheltered with good native bush cover. The main bedroom has great sea views and an ensuite. Plenty of parking space is available behind the house.
