Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kaipara Harbour

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and had good heating which was important as it was winter. Great location close to beautiful beach, good local shop and cafe. Thanks would book again.

Super clean house, well-equipped, and really comfortable in a very beautiful setting. It had everything we needed, and the little details made it even better. Julie was very responsive and flexible, which made everything easy. Check-in was smooth, and they were always quick to help with any questions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

First time using AirB&B so wasnt sure of what was provided etc but couldnt have asked for more. Tania and Mike came and introduced themselves to us over the course of the first 24 hours but in the whole left us to feel at home. The accommodation was stocked with supplies, again way beyond what was essentials. Beautiful view from the deck making it very peaceful, serene sitting at the outside furniture. Beachlands is far enough out the city to escape the hustle and bustle and Maraetai is within a lovely 70 minute walk to the cafe's by the beach.

Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Nice living space opens out to covered deck and garden, would be very nice once pool renovation is complete. House is mostly cool with summer weather, note there is no central air conditioning. We did not need it during our stay. Minor improvements could be kitchen utensils update ie knives that are sharp, lids for pots etc, consider rubbish bins in bathrooms and shampoo/conditioners. Tissues in house. Hairdryer was missing however when informed, one was delivered to house within the hour. Very responsive hosts. Would stay with them again.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The surroundings were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect escape. It’s truly a fantastic spot for larger groups looking to create unforgettable memories together.

Vern and Karen are so friendly. This was one of the best places we stayed at during our trip. Very accommodating hosts. The kitchen is really small/very little counter space but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay and have no hesitation at all recommending Jenny’s place. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderfully clean and tidy, comfortable beds, lovely quiet neighbourhood, with lots of shops and quality restaurants nearby.

The apartment was very well set up and quite spacious. Dorothy had thought of everything - including beach towels and spade for the Hot Water Beach. It's on a canal which is lovely.....just a pity the weather was not conducive to sitting ourside and enjoying the outlook. Breakfast provisions were generous. Dorothy was friendly but not intrusive.

Paula's place was great! Such a great location to stay at in Auckland. Plenty of space with 2 separate rooms with Queen sized beds. Very nice washroom. We really appreciated how friendly and welcoming Paula and her partner were. Recommended for a amazing, relaxing stay in Auckland!

Rose was a wonderful host and I just loved staying at this gorgeous bnb. The apartment was exactly as described and was tastefully and practically arranged. We spent a wonderful couple of days at Julia's. It's such a gorgeous spot with lovely views. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Julia was so generous with all of the extra goodies in the fridge. We felt very spoilt. Tairua is a great place to explore the Coromandel from and has its own lovely beach and walks.

Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! Beds are very comfy and great shower too ! We also want to thank our hosts for the quick responses and flexible check in ! Many, many thanks !

Great view from apartment, nice bathroom and hot shower and comfortable bed. Really appreciated the snacks provided too! Close to nearby shops and restaurants.

We spent 2 nights here and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect and Karen's hospitality was superb. It exceeded our expectations in every respect. Highly recommended.

This place is like a bit of heaven on earth. The atmosphere is calming, facilitated by the gorgeous colour scheme and peaceful surroundings. Carin put in an exceptional effort to make me feel welcomed and enjoy the bliss. She offers an array of tea and coffee, herbs and vegetables from the garden and bought berries for me. Added benefits that I did not expect. I loved meeting the gorgeous Tai-Yo, who is a joyful puppy. If you don't like dogs, don't worry, Carin secured the sleepout with a gate. Another additional bonus was being able to get a tour around the ceramics studio. I can also confirm that the sleepout is wind-, rain-, and storm proofed and I could even sit out on the deck for dinner during a horrendous cyclone. :) Beach walks, reading, dune exploring, Yoga with the locals on Sat morning. Just what I needed to wind down.

A perfect escape from the city! We loved spending a cosy, rainy weekend here—such a peaceful and relaxing spot. The house has an amazing selection of books and games that kept us entertained the whole time. Would definitely come back!

Lovely property, couldn’t have asked for better. Warm, stylish and very comfortable. Fantastic location and host communications were prompt and helpful. And I really appreciated that the property was pet-friendly. My little dog really enjoyed her stay too!🐾

Great accommodation. We had a sports team of ten players stay across two of the three units on this site. Beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities great and just a 15 minute drive from our venue (Bruce Pulman). All in all an excellent stay.

Amazing! The house is so beautiful and clean. Lots of big windows and nice lounge area. Bozena&Murray are super nice. They prepared amazing breakfast for us every morning. Bozena even took us to see glow worms to the street in their property, it was so magical! It was raining + public holiday so we couldn’t go out much, but it was so nice to relax in this beautiful house. There are some supermarkets, wineries and restaurants around.

My mother and I stayed for 3 weeks and had a great time! It’s in a very nice and quiet neighborhood across the street from a beach. It’s in a nice location with Orewa and Silverdale near by. Steve and his wife were also so friendly and they gave us fresh chicken eggs. Highly recommend their space!
