Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

Stingray Beachhouse is a large 5 bedroom house, 50 metres from the clear water at beautiful Emu Point. It is the perfect location for that ultimate beachside getaway. At Stingray you can fully relax. Our home is within easy walking distance of Albany's main street, offering a private upstairs space with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed. The area includes a private bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette, and a living room with a smart TV. Access is through the downstairs laundry, and off-road parking is available in the carport. We live downstairs and are happy to assist in making your stay in Albany as enjoyable as possible.
