The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

There is a pool during the summer season, a sauna, several bedrooms and plenty of space for both shorter and longer stays. The house is in a quiet location just south of Kalmar, close to the town and Småland's natural surroundings, and is intended to be a home to settle into all year round.

Stay in our villa with pool & hot tub in Färjestaden on Öland, with a 20-minute walk to Färjestaden harbor where you will find restaurants, cafés and a beach. With about a 15-20 minute drive to Kalmar, there are also good bus connections. The large pool is heated and ready for summer from mid-May to September. The hot tub is heated all year round.
