The place is absolutely beautiful. There are so many elements in the property like multiple seating areas, ponds, barbecue place, that add to the experience. We stayed here with our 4 doggos and they had a lot of space to run and play around in the property. They had the best time! The help and her daughter who maintain the property are very sweet and ensured the rooms and kitchen were clean and they really did a great job. Regional breakfast like idli, appam and all was provided and it was good. They only speak Malyalam but we could still manage to understand some bits :D. The host is very proactive and responsive. She made sure we had everything that we needed. Will visit again ❤️

Great place, very serene and secluded. Lots of thing to do at the airbnb it self and also in close proximity. Both the caretaker and the chef were amazing people and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely going to visit again!

One of the good stay I had visited so for. Best place spending time with family or Frends. Owner was too proactive to share the places which we can visit near by. House was very clean and had great views from both the rooms. Must visit stay , will surely revisit with family again .

I stayed here for 4 days, and it was a wonderful experience! The host Mr Ben was extremely helpful and treated us like family, making us feel so cared for, also surroundings were very peaceful, perfect for relaxing….everything was clean, calm, and pleasant….I highly recommend this place✨🤝

the property is very nice, good if you go in a big group as there are 4 big bedrooms. located in little interior, make sure you carry all of required medicines, as all shops are little far. it would be good if someone comes every day to clean the utensils and disposes off the garbage, we cleaned our utensils for 3 days. food will come as per your order from a restaurant, no home cook food as i experienced in other Air bnbs.

This review is for Zicily’s garden. This is approx 30 Cents green property with coffee trees, tapioca, passion fruits, coconuts and bettle nut trees. The house has two, two bedrooms and two baths apartments on 1st floor and one 3 Bedroom and two bathroom apartment in the ground floor. The caretaker facility is in the ground floor in adjacent to the 3BHK apartment. The Homestay can be rented as individual apartments or the complete Villa. Parking is right in front of the house. The Homestay is not too far from the main road, approx 2 km from the major road keeps the peace intact. You can hear bird songs, crickets, etc throughout. There are three caretakers in the property who are constantly willing to help. They even went on to chop veggies for us when we wanted to cook during our stay. Also the host was gracious to share fresh coconuts, tender coconuts, passion fruits and tapiocas fresh from the garden. The caretakers traveled with us when we wanted to get fresh veggies and chicken from the market. It almost felt like our home with lots of helping hands. The host also arranged for complementary bon fire and music. Also, they were extremely helpful in cleaning up the room on request. The host Rion and Victor went out of their way to arrange for a urgent RTPCR test ( this is needed for you to travel out of Kerala by road) . Rion and Victor continuously checked our well being and always picked up the call, throughout the stay. We are most definitely looking to visit again…

Meeting Mrs. Jayashree and Mr. Murali was like meeting pleasant extended family that. The place was beautiful and tidy, their hospitality was more than warm. The food was just like what one eats at home (prepared by the hostess herself). This was a quintessential home stay experience where the host lets us in their home and you get a glimpse of their way of life. I would definitely recommend this to any one who looking forward to take a break from the everyday hustle. We were a large group of extended family with the elderly and the young and ever came back happy and with feeling that they got more than what they asked for…..

Its was a good stay although we felt it was a bit pricy since we haven't stayed there for long. Also the check in time is weird 3PM in the afternoon. I mean Why? You could have stuck with the standard 12 in the noon or atleast 1PM. Anyways, the stay was clean and the amenities are suffice. The door through which the caretaker comes in could have been a wooden door because during the night, due to the iron mesh door, cool air keeps getting inside the common/dining area which makes it uncomfortably cold to stay in the common area. Except for that the stay was good. The wifi is decent. Hot water facility is available. Toiletries have been provided. Also the partner restaurant food is good too(Not outstanding or anything but it's pretty decent). And Finally the tea/coffee plantations near the property are beautiful. Definitely worth a visit early in the morning. Summing it up, It was a good, hygiene stay with a responsive caretaker and beautiful scenery at a walkable distance.

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

Superb location. Completely private and peaceful. Excellent valley views from the pool. Pool is not temperature controlled. But it was clean and maintained well. Reaching the place is only through their 4x4 jeep. Normal cars cant go there. It is totally off road for 15 mins drive. Cook and caretakers are present in the property. Breakfast is complimentary. But dinner is served on request. The food tasted so good. Fire place, Badminton court, and barbecue available. Reaching the uppatty village was challenging. Google maps showed wrong and dangerous off road routes. So ask locals and reach the village to park your vehicle in the owners place. From there they will take us to the property in jeep. Overall worth for money of we go in groups.

The place is exactly as mentioned in the pictures. The place and the people give you enough space to feel comfortable and explore. We were a group of 13 and we never had to think/ask twice about anything. Everything was taken care of at all times.

This is a private mansion for large group. It’s family frendly place, the host Jiyo who is a ex service man took really good care of us. Nice place , clean, clean pool. I would highly recommend for people with large groups.

Hosted a batchelors event with my friends in the property. it was an awesome experience.Clean and big pool.Champakka tree with lots champakka.Asif arranged live barbeque at night and breakfast on our request. The stay is "Gorgeousssssss". Stay is better than the photos. The staff co-ordinated everything and supported with all our queries and instructions were super clear. The on ground staff at the stay were super humble and prepared amazing, fresh, really tasty home made meals for us. Swimming pool was very clean. We had gone as a group of 7 and it was one of the best places for friends time. Will definitely go back there. The property is something out of the world, amidst the tea plantations. We have zero complaints, or suggestions for improvement. The house is absolutely beautiful and full of charm. I have to double emphasize about the food and staff. The place is absolutely amazing but the experience becomes holistic due to the sweet staff and the amazing food that was got served.

This was my second time staying at this property, and it was just as wonderful as my first experience. The view of the lake is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole place has such a peaceful, close-to-nature vibe that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was great once again — everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, making the stay hassle-free. One small thing to note: there are limited vegetarian options at the nearby restaurants that deliver food. But overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d love to come back again!

Two very pretty little cottages by the river side, with gorgeous views of the river from the balcony and a private access to the river. The cottages had all the amenities one needs including a Jacuzzi and a large screen TV. Sanjeev was very responsive yet respected our privacy. Food was homely and very very yum!

Had a great stay at Sajeev's place. First, the place is beautiful, exactly like the pictures and it gives you a beautiful sense of calm and peace. There aren't too many rooms which is good cause it gives you the getaway you need. Secondly, it's extremely clean and hygienic. The room is very cozy and the bathroom is amazing. it's big enough for someone to do an entire home workout. Coming to Sajeev as a host. AMAZING. He's extremely welcoming, always available when you need any help and is great to talk to. You can even check with him while making your itinerary. It was a great experience. In fact, Sajeev went out of his way to make sure I had authentic Kerala food which wasn't on the menu and the food was truly amazing. Extremely wholesome overall. Definitely recommend it for a quick getaway.
