On the ground floor: a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen in the annex and an exit to the garden. The bathroom is small but functional. Free parking, bike storage. Perfect for a couple.

The building is surrounded by a private semi-wild garden that flows smoothly into the riverside meadows. In the common part of the garden, there are hammocks, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, and garden furniture.

Plenty of street parking available for FREE on the weekend, 25 PLN Mon-Fri. Free parking behind the gate, but entrance is narrow & other owners can sometimes double park (leaving phone #).

In the immediate vicinity there is a Żabka store, as well as numerous restaurants, bars and cafes. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Old Town and takes you through the main city promenade at ul.
