This is a lovely 1BHK cottage situated in the midst of a 45 acre farm, a mere 5 minute walk from the beautiful Indrayani River. The house is secluded and offers enough privacy for guests seeking a quiet getaway. It is good choice for couples, groups of friends as well as families with kids, and we are always happy to welcome your furry friends. Only a short drive away from Pune city, the house is very easily accessible and also easy to reach from the Mumbai-Pune expressway (15 minutes).
“Heena's place is the ultimate getaway experience for people staying in Mumbai and Pune. We happened to reach early, she accommodated us with Early check in. The place is between all the greenery. There is a lake near by to have a little picnic. The caretaker is really good and will provide you all the stuff from nearby market. Responses were quick and satisfying. The food they offered was tasty enough. Very much recommended.”
One of the best society in lonavala, best part is from mumbai express way 2nd exit for this place so traffic of lonavala is avoidable. Super spacious bungalows, Amazing canteen services, Clean pool, A club house.
“We were a group of 5 families (14 people) and spent 1 day at Kumar's place during the 2nd week of August. The bungalow is located within a peaceful gated complex and is well connected to the main city area if you have your own vehicle. The place itself was clean and spacious and can accommodate large groups like ours (4 beds + ample additional floor mattresses). Also, the kitchen and the place itself is well equipped with all essential amenities. The complex has a common pool which is accessible to guests and it was clean and maintained. There is a gym as well. For food, though there is a basic dhaba type restaurant just outside the complex main gate, we preferred having simple veg food at the small no frills place within the complex near the gate and it is recommended (veg only). Overall, we really liked the place and would recommend it. Thanks Kumar for hosting us!”
Shalom is a beauty of a home set in a 4 acre mature garden with an abundance of nature . It is a 40 year old house that has been recently restored to its original beauty . The house and its two main bedrooms have a really nice atmosphere. There are plenty of outdoor sit outs that provide great space for those never ending conversations with friends
“Shalom is exactly as described. A stylish space surrounded by nature on all sides with wide open spaces on the property to take long walks and disconnect from the city. We spent 2 nights with friends and our dog. Ashish is the perfect host in constant touch with us to make our stay memorable. The interiors are stylish and the facilities are perfect. The dining room merges into a lovely living room space for those long conversations. The bedrooms are perfect, spacious with ensuite bathrooms. Clean covers and blankets were provided as the weather was on the chilly side. The bathrooms are clean with essentials stocked. The kitchen is fully functional and stocked with essentials including spices, tea, coffee, sugar and the works complete with a microwave as well. The best part of the space is the patio with lovely lights and ample space to chill and relax. It overlooks a small vegetable patch as well. A swing and cane furniture add that perfect look. There is also a lovely bar setup right adjacent to the patio which we could not use due to the rains. Do walk around the property to discover hidden gems! Sanjay, Sunil and Nanda are perfect hosts on site. The food served was delicious and homely; never a step wrong. You just have to inform them what you would like to have and they dish our some lip smacking food. Sanjay will ensure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and kudos to him. The property is vast and do help yourself to long walks. The monsoons made it special! I am definitely headed back here in the winters! Cheers Ashish for the perfect experience. FOR PET VACATIONS: a) The property is vast so do ensure your pet does not wander far from your sight. There are plenty of spaces for your pet to go into the field which has an open well. b) Our dog Shadow is a bit reactive to new people. Despite that Sanjay and his team were perfectly accommodating. Just give a heads up to Ashish the host and he will speak to his team. This REALLY made our stay perfect. c) If you proceed straight instead of taking the right within the premises to reach the house, the road leads to a beautiful back village road, perfect for those long walks. Shadow had an amazing time with pools of water all around to splash in and have fun. There are ZERO animals and just one human who walked by. d) There is a beautiful space straight down the main road to reach the house inside the property, where we could leave Shadow offleash and play. Zero issues. e) There is a dog on the premises which was leashed. Due to unfortunate circumstances, he did come face to face with Shadow with a minor confrontation (both are male and the dog was scared due to the DG noise). If your pet is dog reactive, do ensure you request them to leash him up. f) There are two separate entrances into Shalom. The patio and the main door. Helps in movement if your pet is reactive. g) There is a tap provided right outside the main door to wash your pet down in case of mud. This was a godsend as Shadow was a muddy as possible.”
