The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (queen size). There is a door to allow for additional privacy separating the sofa bed from the other two bedrooms for more comfortable sleeping arrangements. Private hot tub and access to a shared professional pickleball court with only two other properties.

The neighborhood is quiet and provides wonderful walks with fantastic views. We love visiting with guests and sometimes enjoy dinner together, or an evening hike on a nearby trail. We are in the Ranchos subdivision of Kanab, close to Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon and 90 miles from St George.
