Ample parking, clean pool, tasteful decor and a responsible caretaker. The place is awash with natural light and enjoys a healthy dose of sea breeze. Calm locale is a plus. We felt comfortable and relaxed the moment we stepped in. Mr Venkatesh was a great host and was very helpful throughout the stay. Don't stay here if you have a hectic itinerary visiting multiple places in the city. This place is for those who want to unwind in peace with their family/friends by the beach with all the creature comforts. Just enough distance away from the madding crowd.”

“This place was amazing and Bhuvana provided me with all basic kitchen amenities, since I informed, I'll be cooking. She had oil,salt,sugar, snacks ,noodles on the kitchen. Vessels to do almost any Indian recipie. She doesn't have a mixer,but you can use hers ,she's just downstairs and such a gentle soul. She keeps a clean place and is always ready to help you out. She had candles, beautiful fairy lights and the place becomes magical in night ! You can swiggy anything here. N if you're like me, groceries are just 2 lanes away. Uber, rapido,ola land you here perfectly if you follow Bhuvana 's Geo location.”

“Munawer’s place was every bit cosy , private and exceptionally stylish we expected it to be. We thoroughly enjoyed our reunion and we made lots of memories at his place. Lot of people were quite surprised to know that this was in chennai. And close to the beach as well. It is well within city limits and a wide range of restaurants on swiggy and Zomato deliver here. We had complete privacy and also the advantage of having him right next door in case of any query or help when needed. I will highly recommend his place for the perfect weekend getaway with your close friends or family.”
