Holiday rentals with beach access in Kandıra

We rented both properties for a large family holiday and each and everyone of us had the best experience! The villas are large, well Furnished, homey and clean. Located in a beautiful remote town without any disturbance or neighbours, which we very much appreciated! The kitchens were fully equipped and we cooked to our hearts content. The pool was clean and it was cleaned again by our kind host during our two week stay. Kadir is an exceptional Host, who we all loved! He is kind, responsive and always available to help and made our stay so very wonderful. If you are looking for a remote, private villa in a beautiful town away from the city then I’d highly recommend this listing. I would also recommend renting a car if you are travelling from Istanbul as not many car services will travel/are too expensive to this location. Thank you Kadir for making this a trip we won’t forget!

If you want to have a beautiful experience with your loved ones in touch with nature, this is the place for you. It has everything you need in and out of the house on its large land. You can swim in the swimming pool, fish on the river's pier, have a barbecue on the patio, have a nice experience around the fire pit. Separately, the host was very caring and router.

Everything was thought out and spotless. We had a very pleasant day. A place where you can choose with peace of mind with your family and friends. Quiet, calm and very peaceful. Thanks for everything 🌼

Mr. Volkan is a very caring host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. She never lacked her support throughout our stay. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos. There's nothing more, I'd say there's nothing missing. The items were sufficient for everyday use in the house. The linens and towels were spotlessly clean and in number. We didn't feel the need to use what we took with us. The kitchen utensils were much more than we expected and enough to cook professionally. When we entered the house, we were greeted by a direct smell of cleanliness. Everywhere was spotless as it should be. We stayed 8 friends. We enjoyed this beautiful house and the hot pool. We will definitely visit again. You can visit this beautiful place with peace of mind and have a private and isolated holiday just for you. At the door of Airbnb, Anil welcomes you with his beautiful energy and helps you with everything to make you comfortable. They burn your barbecue, they provide equipment support. You are staying in a unique view dominated by the sounds of birds and frogs. The room was tidy, clean towels, sheets and linens. Overall, it was a satisfied stay. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

Mr. Muhammet welcomed us very well, the apartment was quite clean. It has enough space for four people. In terms of location, it was 4-5 minutes drive to Cebeci center and 2-3 minutes to Kumcağız beach. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. Would recommend. 🙏🏻
