House holiday rentals in Kangaroo Gully

This is an absolutely amazing property. From the moment we walked thru the doors we were so impressed. Everything was so clean, the rooms were more than sufficient, and the outdoor set-up was marvellous with a small lap-pool on top of it. Everything was so easy and the owner was absolutely magnificent in the communication department. We will literally plan out next trip to Bussleton around the availability of this place.

Jane was an excellent host. She was attentive, super helpful with clear communication. Her place is absolutely stunning. Fully stocked, comfortable and in a great resort location. Kids loved the extra amenities! Absolutely recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay and done to such a high standard. Location was great…so close to the beach and nearby towns of Vasse and Dunsborough, Chelsea is a great host and was really responsive and helpful. One downside was the construction next to the property. Whilst it was noted on the booking at the start, work has carried on longer than expected/advertised. Appreciate that this may be out of the hosts control, but being woken up some early mornings by the sound of construction work wasn’t ideal. Nonetheless, property was amazing and would highly recommend it!

A magical stay at such a nice place. The house is well equipped and the outdoor space was amazing! We enjoyed the outdoor baths, the pizza oven, the pond, and the early morning birds. There’s also a really nice walking trail around the property.

Beautiful home, perfect for two families. Close to the beach, shops and Busselton jetty. Very clean and presentable. Amy was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit this little paradise that is Busselton and Margaret River region. A solid 10/10!

A beautiful space in a beautiful place. We had the best stay and felt right at home. There are so many games and activities to do so it is even perfect when it rains. Even our toddler had so much to do! The pool is gorgeous and the baby cows were just adorable! Thanks so much Rebekah

Fabulous location. Very peaceful and picturesque. Villa was well appointed. Easy access to Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River. Appreciated the welcome wine too!

Easy check in, clean and good amenities. Far from town centre but quiet area.

We stayed over Easter and had the most wonderful time. It felt safe and homely with everything we needed. The space was bigger than I had thought from the photos too. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, our daughter spent time with surrounding neighborhood children each morning and afternoon. We would reccomend this property to anyone and would love to return in the future ourselves. Our hosts were especially timely with communication and friendly to approach.

Great spacious, modern property. It had everything we needed. Perfect for a few families with seperate living area for kids. Outdoor area fantastic too with spa, BBQ and large grassed area. A great base to explore Busselton and the South West. A little noisy on Bussell Hwy in front bedrooms, other than that perfect. Thanks for a great stay

Leigh’s place had everything we required for a great stay, the neighbourhood was very peaceful & it was only a short walk into town. Down the end of the road was easy access to some great walking/riding trails. Can recommend the Nannup Brewing Company for dinner. Would definitely stay at Leigh’s place again.

Although I could not relax properly as I was there purely for work purposes this place was amazing to kick back and relax in luxury . I’d definitely love to stay here again 😊 .

This was an amazing 3 night stay for the Busselton triathlon. Everything was effortless. Great instructions to use all the appliances etc.. large spacious rooms & entertaining areas with a gorgeous view of the ocean. 4km to the jetty on a safe pathway. Thank you Wendy & Tim for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property.

Johan is a great host! Very communicative and easy to reach. He also very clear when giving an instruction. The house is great and exactly the same as the picture. It's so clean and tidy. Even more, it's a complete set of house with kitchen set and BBQ options which is great for big group activities. Johan also provide 4 types of coffee capsules, which is great to have a coffee in the morning. Additionally, it can fits 2 cars. It also has a strong WiFi connection. Johan also provide various of brochure about restaurants and attractions to visit visit. The location also very strategic near supermarkets. A very lovely house.

My family and friends stayed here for 4 nights. We wish we had booked longer, it’s such a beautiful home. Super kid friendly. I could let my toddler run around the yard and not have to worry about anything. It comes with everything a child could need/want. It was by far the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Would definitely stay again. The host was lovely. Had clear instructions so I knew where everything was. Over all it was a beautiful place and I genuinely could not fault it.

Great location, a quick walk into the town of Busselton and to the Jetty area. Also great for small children. No knick knacks around, most cupboards had baby proofing locks and there's a baby gate installed if needed. Ally was a responsive host and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely big house in a great location. The house was well equipped with loads of space for our family of 5. An easy walk in to the town centre with a big selection of cafes, bars and restaurants.

What a great home, it had everything we wanted and more. So much room, awesome beds, good outdoor area and it was located perfect for us.

The location was fantastic, the host, Lotti, was extremely helpful, everything you could possibly need was provided and the home immaculate. Some people may prefer to have TV, but I think that was a bonus, and some people may prefer WIFI but I was fully self sufficient and it was no problem. A beautiful spot in a beautiful town. Can't wait to come back. Thanks again

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Everything matched the description and photos perfectly, which made for a very smooth and comfortable experience. The location was also fantastic—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, tucked away for privacy, heaps of room had 4 kids here and loved it!! Very clean and tidy, a perfect house for this area!! Will definitely use again, thanks Kellie for a fantastic location for our getaway!!
