Holiday rentals with lake access in Kanta-Häme

We had a really nice time at the house! They had Duplos, puzzles and a swing set for the kids, which they enjoyed a lot, as well as playing in the garden. The house is very well stocked, so a family of four can stay there comfortably. We took many trips to Tampere (Moomin Museum, Särkanniemi Park), Lahti, Luopioinen for swimming in the lake and enjoying a kids friendly beach, and of course to Helsinki a few times. You can hike in the woods, swim in the lake and use the rowing boat and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We had a really great time there!

Super peaceful location nearby the lake. Very well maintained house with all the needed things. Several sauna and grill options. Brilliant nature around.

A wonderfully spacious and bright single-family home that was a good place to stay with a larger group. Our child found good books to read. We saunas and went walking with the dogs on a nearby beautiful ridge with lots of trails. Restaurant recommendations were also great 😀

I always go on work to Hämeenlinna, and it’s always so hard to find places to stay. This house is a real find! The best part is the sauna with the lake bath. Jarno is an amazing host!

Absolutely incredible place with the best Airbnb host I have ever met. It truly felt like I am staying at a friend's house rather then renting something from a stranger. The house is very charming and cozy — with absolutely anything you might need. Sauna is awesome as well :) In addition to the great amenities, what made my stay unforgettable was the host's kindness and hospitality. Samuli met me at the train station, gave a tour around the property, showed the way to nearby lake and forest. He even allowed me to use his bikes and a paddle board. Can't recommend the place enough!

Lovely grandma! Cozy, cozy and personal accommodation. National parks nearby. We felt welcome, the coffee cups were ready at the table, and the apple pie in the fridge.

Jormas cabin is fantastic and the pictures don't do it justice! The property and cabin is huge and can easily house a lot of people. Everything looks extremely well taken care of and newly installed. The outdoor eating area is really cozy with multiple grilling options + spa. This is easily a top-tier Airbnb cabin and we can't recommend it enough! Jorma welcomed us on check-in and presented the cabin and area personally, and has been very helpful during our stay. Don't hesitate! This is a great cabin!

Pretty cool place. Would also rent it for big events, like weddings, company parties etc. Real nice surroundings in there. What got us by surprise is that they had like 10 different saunas in there

Everything was running smoothly and the apartment was very good!

The apartment was clean and cozy, with nice outdoor trails right next door. You noticed that there was an effort to make the visit as comfortable and easy as possible, and it was really nice to have coffee, milk, and porridge. And there were treats for the dog! Highly recommend.

Elina's apartment was super clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. The apartment had an excellent selection of dishes and beautiful textiles. The environment was peaceful and the train station was a short trip. Communication with Elina was friendly and smooth. You will come again on my travels to Hämeenlinna.

Overall, the place was cozy. Particularly delighted with the beautiful dishes, and the kitchen found everything you need for a little cooking. Check in was smooth, instructions were very detailed. The sleeping width of the sofa bed was only about 110cm (cramped for two adults). Communication was effortless and the place is nice for a city visit.

Beautiful place, close to nature, you can relax perfectly. Owners are very helpful and nice, they answer every question and are ready to help with solving every problem. Good access from Helsinki and the surrounding area, the house is well equipped. We recommend it warmly and hope that we will come back someday!

The cottage is beautiful and above all the kitchen is well equipped for a holiday home. The cottage has a pleasantly quiet location and in my opinion is suitable for people who do not value mass tourism. For us, it was a week of pure relaxation.
