Cabin with pool access

Small cottage with place for two People. On the property there are chickens, horses and cats. Pool and deck are shared with the host family. Possibility to charge an electric car for a fee. In the kitchen there is a fridge with freezer compartment, small oven and two hot plates. There is equipment for light cooking. If something is missing, we'll fix it. In Kåremo there is a swimming area ( 3.8 km from the cabin) and a stall where you can buy freshly baked cakes, pastries and bread. (cake by esbjörnsson). Distance to shop 8 km. Distance to Kalmar 21 km

Small 19th century house in a soothing rural setting.

Idyllic house with a lot of feeling on our property. Quiet and close to nature, yet close to much. 4 sleeping places on a shared sleeping loft/upstairs, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bedclothes, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise there will be a cleaning fee of SEK 500. The whole house is for the guests and warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

Take a break, unwind in our cozy guest room! Nature & the sea outside the door. 50 metres down we have our jetty for morning coffee. Borrow the rowing boat to test the fine fishing waters or borrow a bike to explore the surrounding area. Hike along the Kalmarsund Trail and feel the Småland history between stone walls, sea and cultivation landscapes. Sofa/day bed that pulls out to a double bed and a loft bed with ladder. Bed for 3 but recommended for 2. Bring your own sheets or rent them on site.

Modern oceanview cottage near Kalmar City

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Completely newly renovated house with parking, air conditioning as well as a patio in central Kalmar! Close to both Kalmar city center and Kalmar Castle! Perfect for Ironman: The bike goes in both directions right outside the house! Also about 250m to the running distance and walking distance to the start of the swimming! Approximately 1500 meters to Bike Park. Ironman Week is booked in full at least 6 days 13-19 (or 14-20) August.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Idyllic and quiet location with proximity to swimming and nature trails. Located 20 min drive from Kalmar C. During summer there is possibility of accommodation in an additional small cabin with a double bed on the plot, then there is space for a total of 6 guests.

Maria and I rent out our renovated little cottage located in the small, nice Stora Rör, right between Färjestaden (Ölandsbron) and Borgholm. Perfectly located in the middle of the island, for excursions both north and south.
