The complex has a summer swimming pool, a playground, a closed area, a well-maintained garden and a gym, a sauna. There is a refundable deposit, payment for final cleaning and payment of utility bills for the meters.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen-living room, one bedroom has a double bed, the second has 2 single beds, which can be combined into one double bed if necessary, there are also 2 extra folding beds, in the living room there is a folding 1.5 sofa bed.
